Our overall experience on our private tour was wonderful. Fabio picked us up outside our Airbnb. He shared information about the area on our drive to San Gimignano. Upon arriving outside the town, Fabio drove to a picture-perfect spot to take a photo of San Gimignano. He also took a photo of our group. He explained the areas of interest in the beautiful, little town and gave us free time to explore. Fabio arranged for a private lunch at a local winery (I Balzini). We received a tour of the winery and admired the beautiful view. The food and wine were delicious. On the drive back to Florence, Fabio suggested that we stop at Piazzale Michelangelo for a view of the Florence skyline. He again was willing to take a group photo. I would highly recommend this tour. It was one of our favorite days of our vacation. Beautiful San Gimignano and amazing food

Fabio was a great driver for us during our day through Tuscany. He gave a ton of interesting history and local info while we were driving, and kept us moving throughout the day without feeling rushed. He also took us to an AMAZING lunch spot where we felt like part of the family. Cannot give high enough praise. Perfect Excursion

We were incredibly lucky to meet Fabio during our visit to Florence! He took us around the area in his very comfortable van, showing to us the beauty of the countryside of Florence, amazing towns of San Gimignano, Certaldo. Then we had a fantastic lunch, amazing food with great wine, the lunch worth traveling to Florence alone! During the tour Fabio was telling us the stories about life in this area covering the historical part, everything was fascinating and greatly enjoyable! At the end of the day we were filled with positive energy from this wonderful region! Million thanks to you, Fabio!Grazie mile, Tuskany!

Fabio was great. So informative and pleasant tour. Fabio was terrific! He was quite generous with us as Italian language learners. He switched effortlessly between English and Italian throughout the tour for us, allowing us to practice our Italian. An absolute wonderful and refreshing experience….Fantastico!

We wanted to go to San Gimignano, and we asked Fabio to recommend another town that was not as overrun with tourists as well. He suggested Certaldo which was a very charming and itneresting city with no crowds. Fabio was very informative about both towns and was fun to spend a day with. He's also an excellent driver. Highly recommended!Great day with Fabio!

My husband and had a great day going to San Gimignano with Fabio. From pick up at our hotel in Florence to drop off, everything was wonderful. If you want to take a private day trip to this beautiful hilltop town known for its towers, don’t hesitate to use WithLocals and book with Fabio. Fabio was an amazing tour guide picking us up in a clean and well maintained van and easily conversing with us like we were his friends. He spoke excellent English and understood all of our questions. He brought us to San Gimignano a charming medieval town on a hill top , completely walled in with churches, towers, and small shops. It was so beautiful even in the misty rain. He told us stories about the families' lifestyles from yesteryear all the way to the current status of its small bustling town with current wifi, technology , and amenities. We continued on to a small wine tour / tasting at I Balzini (as seen on the show The Succession ). We so enjoyed our time there learning, eating, drinking and conversing with our old friends and our new friend Fabio! Fabio was an amazing tour guide and I would highly recommend him. He was super easy to talk to, was knowledgeable, and made you feel very comfortable. Fabulous Tuscany with Fabio
