Hi, I'm Francesca and I've been in love with my town since I was born.

After having lived for a while around Italy, I decided to come back to my Lecce and totally live it, as a local and as a tourist as well.

I like enjoying the architectural, cultural and natural beauties of this town and its surroundings (the coast and the small villages nearby).

And I love so much enjoying also its nightlife and its various clubs and restaurants, choosing according to the mood of the moment.

Francesca was great. Her excitement about her city and her joy in showing it to us was evident. She was informative and answered lots of questions. Francesca was the absolute best guide! Not only did she give me a ton of history about my family’s home town of Gallipoli, she also helped me with a ton of family research (which I booked separately with her outside of the kickstarter tour). She helped me make some connections to other local residents that continue to help me with family research. She is super knowledgeable about Gallipoli and had a great tour planned. We were touring the Castello In Gallipoli when I learned, to my surprise my GGG grandfather was rather well known. It was so exciting to share that with her. She also assisted in arranging a meeting with a gentleman who manages the church records and researched the records with me! When I come back in 2026 we will explore other towns in Puglia! Frances is awesome! What a great day!

Not only did Francesca take me on a fabulous tour of Lecce, she helped me schedule an appointment at my ancestors church so that I could do some research in the church archives. She searched the records with me! It was a great day and I learned so much about Lecce and my family. Francesca rocks!! Highly recommend!!Francesca was a super Guide!

We had a wonderful tour of Lecce with Francesca! She provided just enough details about different areas, buildings, and churches to make the tour very interesting without overwhelming us. She set a comfortable pace and was flexible about what to show us on the tour. Francesca had a warm demeanor and a wonderful sense of humor.
