As a proud Florentine with deep roots in this incredible city, my heritage in Florence spans many generations. Florence has always been the centerpiece of my life and the source of my greatest inspiration.

I studied Foreign Languages and Literature at the University of Florence. Since 1992, I have worked as a licensed Local Guide, sharing my passion for this city’s history, art, and culture. Over the years, my enthusiasm for guiding has only deepened, enriched by decades of experience and a love for storytelling.

My passions include history, art, and music—especially musicals. I take great pride in two of my greatest treasures: my talented daughter, a musical performer, and my personal library, home to over a thousand books.

For me, beauty in all its forms is something to be celebrated.

Francesco’s tours of the Uffizi Gallery and Accademia Gallery were incredibly insightful, informative and memorable. Francesco’s knowledge of history and art are extraordinary and we learned so much about Florence, the “school of the world”, during his fascinating tours. We had the pleasure of spending the morning with Francesco as he expertly guided my family of four adults through the Uffizi Gallery. His ability to highlight key pieces and provide rich context for the art and its historical significance truly brought the Renaissance to life. Navigating the Uffizi can be overwhelming, with its vast collection and crowds, but Francesco made sure we maximized our time.
