I work as a freelance videographer in Tuscany.

Telling stories through photos and videos has always fascinated me.

I love analog experiences, such as instant photography.

In 2013 I found an old Polaroid camera in a dusty garage.

Since then I captured memories into thousands of Polaroids, shooting with every kind of instant film and camera, taking part on International Instant Photo Exhibitions and spreading the Polaroid word through many photo events in Tuscany.

In 2016 I launched a successful online petition on Change.org, called "Save Instant Film", reaching 27k signatures and that helped to find a viable future for "Packfilm", the discontinued type of film.

Polaroid and storytelling is a great match and it describes me perfectly.

The Polaroid-Tour with Francesco was the best tour we had ever done! Francesco is super simpatic. He realy talks with his guests and gives them good ideas what they could maybe fotograf. He explains very logical and easy to understand also for kids. He knows everything about Polaroid and very much about Florence. During his tour he shows a lot of nice places and shortcuts. It is very much fun to go on that tour with kids too. Best tour ever

Francesco is amazing! This experience is perfect to learn tips and tricks of photography, take fantastic photos and learn about Florence. Using Polaroid cameras and with expert coaching from Francesco my son (10) had a great time and learnt so much. The excitement of finally seeing our photos at the end of the tour was great fun. We took the Polaroid tour with Francesco. Was a unique and interesting way to see and appreciate Florence. We had a lot of fun and ended up with pics to make a photo album for generations. Francesco was patient, friendly, and passionate. Great Florence Experience for Families

This experience was the standout family favourite! We booked this tour at the end of our time in Florence, and the inspired opportunity in using Polaroids provided an unique way to both capture the city but also bridge the experience of both adults and teens. Learning how to frame and value a series of single composed images completely engaged our whole family and Francesco’s patient and considered approach was excellent, particularly with each our children. We are thrilled to have these special images as a memory of our time in this beautiful city!A unique family favourite!

Francesco is an amazing guide - taking his Polaroid tour was a perfect way to see Florence. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He was so welcoming and put a lot of thought and care into our experience. Francesco showed us how to use the Polaroid cameras in terms of lighting, angles, composition and photographic techniques unique to Polaroid photography. My husband and I have fond nostalgic memories of using Polaroid cameras when we were children, whereas our cyber-age daughter was enchanted the novelty of the camera. We loved getting to explore the streets and scenes of Florence with such a friendly and knowledgable guide. Our favorite photo from the week in Italy was the photo Francesco took (with his own digital camera) of us holding the Polaroid cameras after we stopped to eat the best gelato in Florence (a shop Francesco recommended to us). The Polaroid photos are now back home on our mantle, reminding us of our lovely trip to Italy. Thank you, Francesco! You are a gem!Highlight of Our Time in Florence

Had such an amazing time with Francesco on the Polaroid Tour! It truly is a unique experience to take you back in time to thoughtfully see Florence through a very thoughtful way. His knowledge of the use of Polaroid style matched with his love for the city makes an amazing experience! With 2 teenagers along, having such an engaging way to see the beautiful city of Florence was second to none! Highly recommend for anyone/everyone for amazing souvenirs to bring home from your trip!Unique way to see Florence

We had a fantastic time. Francesco is very informative, a wonderful photography teacher. Both kids (11 and 14) were entertained the whole time and the camera was a great way for them to get to know Florence. Highly recommend. Great fun for older kids/teens
