Hello everyone!

My name is Francisco, but my friends call me Chico, so, feel free to call me that!

I was born, raised and live in Lisbon, but I am a well travelled person, as I work for almost 30 years in the Tourism Industry.

I am a family man, father of 3 grown up boys, and my friends say I am a "Social Animal" as I easily make friends!

I love sports ( especially soccer and rugby), walking the streets of Lisbon ( I always discover new things. . . ) ;talking to people; trying a new wine or a different type of food

With a degree in Social & Cultural Anthropology, and with the experience as a Tour Guide, I have learned to look and feel our City and its people with tourist's eyes and heart.

I believe that Life is a wonderful gift and must be enjoyed every single day, and every moment, so my Tours reflect this philosophy. You can expect I will inform you about facts, but I will tell you the stories that made these facts interesting

Wow what a day and an amazing city that Lisbon is. After spending time with Francisco, Lisbon has become my new favourite city. I have Francisco thank as to why that is. As a local who was calls Lisbon home he knows a lot about this cities rich history, culture, religion, art, politics, architecture, places to shop, eat, drink and most of all where to have a great coffee a custard tart and a chat. I can highly recommend Francisco,he is easy going, friendly and interested in why you are here in this beautiful city and what you would like to see and do. Francisco took my wife and I on a very interesting and comprehensive walking tour of Lisbon. His knowledge of the city and the history of both Lisbon and Portugal is excellent. We enjoyed his company and attention to detail.Appreciation

Francisco was most polite, patient, fluent in English and has a huge amount of knowledge about Lisbon which he was keen to share. We had a lovely coffee and pasteis de Nata en route, and a most interesting and enjoyable few hours Excellent tour of Lisbon

Francisco is a fantastic guide. He is very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He can tell many stories. We were interested in history and Portugese discoverers and he told us alot, he can tell days abiut this. If you searvh for a guide in Lissanon, I would really recommend Francisco.fantastic guide

Francisco was very knowledgeable and personable. He knew back ways around the city and took me to quite a few places and routes that there is no way I would have found myself. He was patient with me taking a million photos and kept the walking pace to a manageable level, even while walking up and down all the hills and steps. Hidden secrets indeed

Francisco was a wonderful tour guide. Very knowledgeable about the area. We learned so many new things during the tour. He was accommodating to the age ranges we had in our tour (two seniors, one child and one adult).Learned so many new things!

We had a wonderful tour of Lisbon with Francisco! He was very accommodating and made sure the tour was interesting and exciting for our toddler. We really appreciated hearing about the history and the culture of the city, something we would not have known much about if we had no gone on the tour! We had such a great time on the tour that we actually went back and re-traced our steps a few days later so we could see it all over again! I would recommend this walking tour to anyone visiting Lisbon! Thank you so much Francisco!A wonderful morning in Lisbon!

Francisco clearly loves his home city and sharing its history and culture. We thoroughly enjoyed our half day with him wandering the streets, hearing the stories and seeing the sights. Francisco loves Lisbon!
