I am in love with my city and for me there isn’t anything better than to explore and reveal its most precious and authentic side.

Italian gastronomical culture is my main passion and I like to focus in particular on the history of food and drinks of my hometown, Rome.

Gabi was engaging, friendly and humorous in his storytelling of Rome and its delicious food. We tasted many different types of dishes and the tour gave a great representation of Italian cuisine. A couple days after the tour I became ill in Rome (not from the food lol) and Gabi helped me find a clinic to get into and also followed up the next day to check in on me. Such a thoughtful gesture beyond the food tour itself. Thank you. Absolutely recommend Gabi. Gabi is Awesome!

My husband and I really enjoyed this walking tour with friendly and kind Gabi. Gabi showed us so much that we never would have seen on our own, nor known the history behind. We love off-the-beaten-path experiences that make us feel connected to a city and this tour really hit that mark for us. Thank you, Gabi, for a really unique experience, for the best pizza we had during our entire stay in Rome, and for the excellent restaurant recommendations, which we took advantage of as well! Gabi was so much fun ! We loved the foodie tour of Rome with him … he made it so special and took us for some unbelievable tastings … the best gelato we have ever had as well as the visit to the salumineria which was unbelievable 🇮🇹❤️❤️… he was very knowledgeable and made us feel like “amici”. Gabi made sure that we got the very best of our food tour in Rome. We were able to try many local dishes that surpassed all of our expectations. It is obvious that he truly loves sharing his knowledge and passion of food/wine with others. Amazing Food Tour

Gabi was freakin awesome. We had the very best time and all the food was incredible. In fact, we’re already been back to two of the places from the tour a second time! Gabi knows everyone! And is great to walk around town with. Great tour!

We had a group of 6, ages 15-78. The food tasting experience was great, the weather brought in rain and he took care of us so A) we didn't stand in the rain and B) was very patient with his time so we didn't miss anything and we weren't rushed as we waited out the rain in one spot for over 30 min. He was very passionate about food, gave some history on Rome and we shared what "Italian" food is in the states and learned it didn't exist here. Overall awesome experience.Tour was amazing

Gabi took my family on a food tour around Rome. He was a wonderful tour guide that was obviously well known & well liked by the locals. Everyone seemed to know him! He was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to help with food choices for my picky eating teenager (I appreciated this). If you want to experience some of the great food of Rome while comfortably surrounded by locals, Gabi is your perfect guide. Grazie Gabi Great, well known guide!

Gabi planned a fun, informative, and delicious food tour of Rome... we enjoyed the stops, but didn't pace ourselves too well (only because the food was so delicious that we ended up eating the leftovers our kids left behind) and decided to bail on the last stop so that we wouldn't over-overeat! Yummy food -- come hungry!

We had such a wonderful afternoon with Gabi! He's super knowledgeable of the area and knows all the hidden gems. He gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat during our stay in Rome too. Highly highly recommend a tour with this true foodie! A delicious way tonsee Rome
