I have 'chosen' to be born of Italian parents from the South :) so I have grown up sharing and loving the genuine taste of the nature and the earth. I bring with me a wealth of culinary culture and heritage handed down from generations.

In later years, when I began to travel, in a very spontaneous way, I started to share my culinary passion with people around me from different cultures and who were fascinating by my creative approach to food.

I discover new worlds everyday trying to see through the eyes of people around me, I love to share adventures and knowladge about Paris, My ‘City Of Light’ and enrich travellers with new baggage of experiences.

Gelsomina was amazing with our 2 little ones. Lots of things that we learned and the kids had a scavenger hunt which they loved. Paris is always a good idea, especially when you have a fabulous tour guide to kick start your trip :) Wonderful, thoughtful experience

I definitely recommend Gelsomina to anyone who has kids and wants to learn more about Paris’ hidden gems. We travelled with a 6 year old and a 1.5 year old. Gelsomina was incredible with both children. She had a scavenger hunt for our oldest and was very accommodating of our youngster. She is a wealth of knowledge and an amazing human! The tour was very informative and fun for the entire family. Right after the tour ended, my 6 year old asked if we could have another tour with Gelsomina the next time we come to Paris. That is how much she loved it! It was the best tour we had! Hidden Gems

We took the “10 Tastings of Paris” food tour with Gelsomina on our first afternoon in Paris and it was a wonderful introduction to the city. Gelsomina is an amazing guide - she was thoughtful in her food selections, super friendly and easy to talk to. We had a great time, especially my 12-yr old son. I recommend her 100%.Best food tour ever!

Gelsomia was a great host and provided an informative and family friendly tour of the Latin Quarter and surrounding area. She brought fun activities for our 6 year old and included a fun stop for macarons. The tour was engaging for all ages. Highly recommend. Wonderful family tour

From the moment we met, Gelsomina was engaging and a wealth of information. My BFF and I (in our 70’s) were joined by my niece and her BEF (in their mid 20’s) for the 10 tastings of Paris tour. Gelsomina made it fun and appealed to all our interests, and the food - quiche, macaroons, crepes, escargot, etc was delicious! She easily accommodated my nieces gluten free requirements. This tour was a highlight of our 10 days in Paris! Gelsomina also provided restaurant recommendations prior to our arrival so that we could make reservations for which we are thankful! We had an amazing tour with Gelsomina. We just arrived to Paris and wanted to take a less touristy path through the city (avoiding Arc de Triomphe, Eiffle Tower, Champs-Elysees, etc). She curated a wonderful walk for us through Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Latin Quarter. We got to see all her favorite spots while also orienting us on how the city is laid out and pointed out historical facts that really helped us get excited about our week. We definitely recommend Gelsomina for a tour through Paris!Thank you, Gelsomina!

Gelsomina is a wonderful guide. She is knowledgeable, personable and patient. Being with her for over four hours while we explored the Latin Quarter and the amazing restoration at Notre Dame was an absolute delight. I enthusiastically recommend her! A delightful experience
