I have 'chosen' to be born of Italian parents from the South :) so I have grown up sharing and loving the genuine taste of the nature and the earth. I bring with me a wealth of culinary culture and heritage handed down from generations.

In later years, when I began to travel, in a very spontaneous way, I started to share my culinary passion with people around me from different cultures and who were fascinating by my creative approach to food.

I discover new worlds everyday trying to see through the eyes of people around me, I love to share adventures and knowladge about Paris, My ‘City Of Light’ and enrich travellers with new baggage of experiences.

We had an amazing tour with Gelsomina. We just arrived to Paris and wanted to take a less touristy path through the city (avoiding Arc de Triomphe, Eiffle Tower, Champs-Elysees, etc). She curated a wonderful walk for us through Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Latin Quarter. We got to see all her favorite spots while also orienting us on how the city is laid out and pointed out historical facts that really helped us get excited about our week. We definitely recommend Gelsomina for a tour through Paris!Thank you, Gelsomina!

Gelsomina is a wonderful guide. She is knowledgeable, personable and patient. Being with her for over four hours while we explored the Latin Quarter and the amazing restoration at Notre Dame was an absolute delight. I enthusiastically recommend her! A delightful experience

Gelsomina gave us an excellent tour of boulangers, markets, restaurants and patisseries. She was enthusiastic and engaging and we were certainly satisfied with the amount of food and wine provided Would recommend her as a guideExcellent- despite the weather!

My 10 year old and I did a 3hr food tour with Gelsomina! It was the best, she tailored it to all the food options we wanted to experience plus more. We ate at some incredible places in the saint Germaine de pres where we were staying. Along with great foods selections we also got to learn so much about Paris and the Parisian way of life. Gelsomina is such a warm and beautiful person, Highly recommend. Amazing 3hrs

Absolutely fantastic experience! We had a layover in Paris and were looking for a local guide who could show us around without the stress of planning, and we hit the jackpot with Gelsomina. From the moment we met her, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made sure we hit all the spots we wanted to see, and even suggested some hidden gems we would have missed otherwise. After our red-eye flight, we really appreciated how easy-going and laid-back she was — it made the whole experience so relaxed and enjoyable. She even went above and beyond by taking the subway with us and ensuring we knew exactly where to go to catch our train back to the airport. Don't think twice, go with Gelsomina! What a pleasure

We had the best time with Gelsomina and discovering St. Germain! It is now our favorite spot in Paris and we can’t wait to go back. She was extremely knowledgeable and basically gave us a food and history tour. She was patient with questions and we felt like she was a part of our family for the day. We are heading back to Paris this summer and can’t wait to book with her again!Amazing

We did the Food Tour with Gelsomina and she was very. She took us to places we never would have thought of and really had some great delights with my milk and cheese allergy and my son's nut allergy in mind. Great food tour even with allergies
