I have 'chosen' to be born of Italian parents from the South :) so I have grown up sharing and loving the genuine taste of the nature and the earth. I bring with me a wealth of culinary culture and heritage handed down from generations.

In later years, when I began to travel, in a very spontaneous way, I started to share my culinary passion with people around me from different cultures and who were fascinating by my creative approach to food.

I discover new worlds everyday trying to see through the eyes of people around me, I love to share adventures and knowladge about Paris, My ‘City Of Light’ and enrich travellers with new baggage of experiences.

We had a wonderful tour with Gelsomina! We started in St. Germain, walking through the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens. All along the way, Gelsomina talked about interesting facts that we didn’t know before and pointed out things that we would have missed on our own. We also wandered through the Latin Quarter, Ille de la Cite and parts of Le Marais. Gelsomina was very informative, thoughtful and took us exactly where we wanted to go. Wir haben einen schönen Nachmittag in Saint Germain mit Gelsomina verbracht, die uns entspannt und kompetent durchs Viertel führte und sich nebenbei wunderbar um unsere Tochter gekümmert hat. Gelsomina ist eine sehr angenehme, warmherzige und authentische Person mit der wir sehr angenehme Gespräche geführt haben. Genau das haben wir uns von dieser Tour erhofft! Gelsomina had a great experience planned for us. She was very knowledgeable about every place she took us to. All of us, the adults and my son and grandson enjoyed all of the different foods and places we went to. We had a wonderful time and learned a lot. We also shared stories and tried a few foods for the first time! It was something we will always remember!A Wnderful Experience

We did really appreciate this tour with Gelsomina. She is a very inspiring and lively, and she listen to you and not just talk herself. The tour in the newly fully renovated Notre Dame cathedral was breathtaking and very informative. I have seen the Cathedral many times during the last 20 years, but this was a completely new experience. Our tour also included part of the Latin Quarter. And we learned new things about many parts of it. Gelsomina was a very kind and knowledge person that we liked very much not just as a guide, but as a person. She really took care of us. This was important to us since my wife do not walk very fast and uses two sticks. We will book her again the next time we visit Paris. So, we can really recommend her. A fascinating tour with an excellent guide

Gelsomina has obviously studied the french history and the french culture. We had a member in our group who could not walk very far without stopping to catch her breath. Gelsomina took it into account and never tried to rush us. We also had a 10 year old child and she often kept him interested by asking him questions. In addition, her choice of stops for tasting french delicacies was excellent.A guide who is well prepared

My wife and I really enjoyed the walking food experience with Gelsomina. She was knowledgeable, engaging and fun. We gave her few restrictions and she really delivered a worthwhile food and culture tour. My favorite part of the tour was the market. As home cooks I could only dream of having such a resource. Gelsomina was the best and we’d book with her again without question. Fantastic guide

Gelsomina was an amazing tour guide! My husband and I had just gotten into Paris and decided to get a tour to acclimate to the city. Gelsomina came and picked us up at our hotel and provided a top rated tour. She was so knowledgeable about history but also able to share personal insight on culture and activities. We specifically wanted to see the Latin Quarter and we explored this along with St. Germain des pres. highly recommend this tour! Perfect Parisiam Introduction
