Georgia was an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable Athens native. She went above and beyond while on our walking tour. She gave us great insight into the history and architecture of Athens as well as the small neighborhoods. The food and drink was sublime of course and we couldn’t finish it all. We are now armed with her recommendations of her favorite gems and we are more than satisfied.More than a food tour!

We very much enjoyed our food tour with Georgia. She was very talkative and taught us about the neighborhoods, the Greek food culture and took us to some of the best places to get a good sampling of different Greek foods. The meze was our favorite! Georgia was absolutely wonderful! She took us to places we otherwise would not have even thought to try. Everything was incredible. The tour was a perfect mix of culture, history and of course delicious food! Highly recommend this tour with Georgia! So much fun!

Having a knowledgeable guide choosing which shops to try various dishes makes such a difference. Not everything was to our taste, but we could tell that we were getting quality offerings. We had considered sampling food in Athens on our own, but having Georgia guide us to the best places made sure we knew that if we didn't like something, it was because of personal preference and not due to a poor quality product.Where food is sampled matters

Our group of 8 had a fantastic early evening food walking tour with Georgia. Plenty of food and drink and lots of laughs. Georgia was passionate and very knowledgeable about the Athens food scene. She also provided us an extensive list of neighborhoods and restaurants off the beaten path. Her dinner recommendation in the Petrlona neighborhood was the best meal we had in Athens. Our food tour with Georgia was a true highlight in our overall beautiful vacation in Athens. We made a good call doing the tour early in our trip - Georgia's recommendations helped us plan and make the most of the rest of our adventure. Our group of five friends had a wonderful and memorable experience with Georgia on our Athens food tour. We learned about the city and culture, with numerous recommendations to carry us through our week long trip. We would not have experienced this much of this fabulous city without her expertise. We had a long layover in Athens and decided to explore the city. Georgia agreed to start our tour earlier (Saturday morning). However, some food joints, especially meat places, were closed at those early hours. It wasn’t Georgia’s fault, but it was a slight disappointment. Otherwise, we enjoyed Georgia’s food choices and great conversations. We left for our next flight fully satisfied (literally speaking). Great experience in Athens
