We had a group of eight of us on our historical walking tour and pizza-making class with Gennaro. I can't express how incredible our experience was! In all, we spent four hours with Gennaro, first with a walking tour of the Old Town, where we learned about the millenia of history that make Naples what it is today. We had two kids in our group, ages 10 and 12, and Gennaro did an exceptional job of making sure they followed everything and were involved in every detail (like when we went into a special shop that makes very unique Neapolitan nativities out of cork) and had all their questions answered. We learned about the historical gates of the city and went to the old fish and food market street. It seemed like everywhere we went, everyone knew Gennaro! He was kind, fun, and took every details into consideration and control, which was great in a city as busy and sometimes overwhelming as Naples! There are so many words that I can use to describe how amazing the pizza-making class was at Gennaro's apartment, but here are just a few: delicious, special, memorable, fun. I would take that class again! We all learned so much and enjoyed every moment of it. In all, I can't recommend Gennaro highly enough. Your group will enjoy your time with him! And we thank Gennaro for helping us with details that made our day in Naples even easier, such as helping to manage our luggage storage and transport. I give this tour a score of 100%!Unforgettable, delicious, amazing!

My daughters and I had a great time with Gennaro on our food tour i Naples. He is very knowledgeable about the city and shared many interesting facts. We toured on a Sunday evening when some of the usual food stops were closed but he warned us in advance and was able to provide alternative experiences.NaplesFood Tour

We are history enthusiasts that were keen to have a more detailed tour of Naples & its founding origins. For this reason we sort out a guide that had an in-depth knowledge of Naples history and not the basic history. Gennaro was charming, relaxed and comprehensive with our tour, accommodating my wife’s inability to walk long distances ( with frequent breaks at cafes.) Gennaro covered not just the written history but frequent anecdotes about historical figures and their influence in the city’s formation. Gennaro is an entertaining conversationalist. Well worth the time & very reasonable tour price. Highly recommended.Magnificent Gennaro

First of all, Gennaro is the experience! He has a charismatic and playful personality which lended well to being our pizza teacher. We started in the market and he talked through this history of the tomatoes and produce we were seeing and the history of Naples. He is a true local and knows the best places to eat and shop. This experience exceeded our expectations and will be a memory we will take with us our entires lives. It was hands on and we were not only connecting with Gennaro, but also Vincenzo the pizza master in a real Pizzeria Napoletana making true World Unesco grade Pizza Napoletana. We left inspired and also learned a bit along the way. Of course the pizza was 10/10, but the experience far excessed that. Thank you, Gennaro! I hope you can share your passion and gift with as many people as possible. Highly recommend to all! “Pizza outside of Napoli is simply foccacia” was the quote of the day. Will be booking another experience with Gennaro, when we return to Italy. Top experience in Italy

Gennaro was so very accommodating to our group of senior ladies. He adapted the food tour to our needs and provided a wonderful experience for all of us. He is very knowledgable about Naples, and the local area and foods. We absolutely enjoyed our tour with Him.The Best!

What a fantastic tour. Gennaro is warm, genuine, knowledgeable, funny and engaging. He loves sharing his hometown of Napoli, not as a tour, but rather an experience. I felt like walking through a new town with a dear friend, whom we knew only for a few hours. The 3-hour tour flew by as we sampled some of Napoli’s famous foods… mozzarella, cuoppo, taralli, pasta, sfogliatelle, limoncello, espresso and, of course, pizza. Tge food on its own was spectacular, but Gennaro made this a truly special experience. One I will remember for and Cheri’s for the rest of my life. Thank you Gennaro. I hope our paths will cross again someday!Gennaro is #1!

Gennaro (Jerry) took us on our tour of the Amalfi coast. The little nooks he took us too for our eyes to behold was breathtaking. We thought the island of Santorini in Greece was simply mind boggling until we saw the places Jerry took us along the Amalfi coast. Breathtaking and I’ll leave it at that!!! Breathtaking

Good communication with Gennaro who offered to take us from our hotel in Pompeii to Ravello. A good organiser and we did all we wanted without stress. We had coffee in a cafe near a car park in Positano and walked around without too many steps involved! He found a great restaurant by the sea in Amalfi and dropped us off, right by it. A good, safe driver, fun to be with and we enjoyed his company. He managed to find olive oil for me to taste & buy and on a photo stop, we experienced an engagement! A great day. A Fun & Informative Drive
