Gennaro was recommended to me by a friend, and I must say, it was one of the best travel tips I've ever received. I've done many tours and traveled all around the world, but what people wrote about Gennaro is not only true it goes beyond expectations. His deep knowledge, passion for his land, and warm personality turned every moment into something special. His pizza class is a must to do in Napoli! But also Amalfi coast and Capri tours with Gennaro are spectacular! He brings out of the beaten track and makes you discover the real authentic spots! We had a fantastic afternoon with Genarro who is clearly very passionate about Napoli and the local food on offer in the area. A really informative afternoon with some amazing stops to eat, drink and learn. Genarro was super helpful too, meeting us at the port and suggesting a place to store our luggage. He tailored the afternoon for us so we maximised the time and we have now added Napoli to our visit in the future list. So much more to explore. Grazie Genarro!Fun, informative and full tummies!

Our recent tour with Gennaro was truly exceptional. He is a knowledgeable, attentive to details, and always made sure everyone felt included and informed. What stood out most was his habit of sharing options with us, carefully explaining the pros and cons of each choice so we could make the most of our time and avoiding the heat. As someone who often worries about missing out on important sights or experiences, I felt completely at ease with Gennaro. Thanks to his thoughtful approach and genuine passion for his work. It’s clear that Gennaro loves his job it’s not just a daily routine for him, but something he truly cares about. That made all the difference and turned our tour into an unforgettable experience. My wife and I came to Napoli for the first time and Gennaro treated us to a lovely experience. I found Gennaro on with locals and he was highly reviewed. He is very knowledgeable and was very helpful to planning our vacation. We met up for a mixed food and city discovery tour with Gennaro. He took us both by foot and in vehicle to see some of the most amazing sites. He took us down some paths less traveled, some incredible scenic views, and through the hustle bustle must see areas of Napoli. The multiple food stops along the way really was some incredible delicacies of sweet savory and of course, fried. After eating the multigenerational real deal Neapolitan pizza, I don’t think I can ever have pizza anywhere else again. Book with Gennaro and you’ll have a wonderful experience seeing the best that Naples has to offer. Genaro was always available for contact for our additional needs both in Naples and Capri. My wife and I will treasure our time spent in Italy thanks to our new friend Gennaro. See the real Napoli with Gennaro!

We had a wonderful time as a family learning how to make authentic Neapolitan pizzas with Gennaro. He took us to his friend Vincenzo’s Pizza Bar, who has been making pizza since in the womb!! We learnt how to make the dough from scratch, including how to activate the yeast and mix and knead the dough perfectly. We then learnt how to prepare the ingredients with vital tips we never knew. We had lots of fun learning how to push the dough into shape - it’s such an art, and we can’t wait to do it at home. Afterwards we pulled the uncooked pizzas onto the paddle and watched them go into the 450 degrees C oven, and then sat down to enjoy them afterwards - with a Peroni beer of course! They were absolutely delicious!! Thank you to Gennaro for such a fun afternoon - we laughed so much, and our pizza making session was the perfect break from touring all day. We also did another 2 yours with Gennaro in Naples (City Tour and 10 tastings of Naples) and we can’t recommend him enough. He’s kind, funny, generous, knowledgeable and incredibly passionate about the city of Naples. Gennaro also asked us to contact him at any time with questions we may have. Definitely a highlight of our trip to ItalyBest Pizza Making Experience!

It’s very difficult to put into words our tour with Gennaro, as I was quite moved by the end of it. Gennaro highlighted the complexities of this incredible city as he guided us around. He sees the city from the eyes of a local, but also from the eyes of an outsider, thanks to time he also spends away from Naples. He explained Naples’ history, how it developed, and how it works today. We walked the main streets, wandered the Spanish Quarter and also took the Funicular to see a truly amazing view of sprawling Naples. We learnt about the light and shade of the city, cultural elements, superstition, religion, food, music, tourism and education. Gennaro is so passionate about Naples and we were incredibly grateful for the time we spent with him (we also did a pizza making class and food tour with Gennaro - all incredible). I would highly recommend this to anyone!Incredible and Unforgettable Tour
