I'm a romantic wanderer, I love getting lost in a new place, getting struck by the beauty and uniqueness of it.

In my free time I love wandering around Venice, soaking in its vibes and atmosphere, or simply plunge in a good book about Venetian art or history.

I'm also a foodie and a certified Sommelier: I love trying new restaurants and dishes, as well as going to local bars to taste a good glass of wine.

I was born and raised in the cozy and charming Treviso and then adopted by the wonderful and majestic Venice, where I'm now a permanent resident.

Being a Tour Leader is my full time profession and I've been collaborating with Withlocals since the very beginning.

Thank you for 3 wonderful hours of learning the Venetian history. Despite rain we thoroughly enjoyed walking through the streets of Venice with Giada. We can only recommend doing this tour. Thank you C & V Informative & enthusiastic

My wife and I had an amazing private tour by Giada. Every single stop had local savory food. Giada is very conversational making the 3 hours go by so quickly. She really makes the effort to give you samples based on your preferences. This tour made our first day in Venice so special - we literally enjoyed every minute with her. Giada was absolutely incredible! She spent so much time with us pre trip to ensure everything that my wife and I wanted to cover in the city. She helped eliminate the unnecessary stops and made sure we hit the key highlights. But more importantly, she helped guide us to the more uncommon areas in the area and provide a more authentic tour. We visited so many out of the way neighborhoods and key local sites that we would not have visited without her guidance. Again, we highly, highly recommend Giada and would hire her again the next time we visit Venice! Thanks Giada!!!!!Unbelievable Tour!!!!!

We had a great experience with Giada on our three person private tour through Venice with a great blend of the main must-see sights, some hidden gems and food & beverage recommendations everywhere we went. Giada knows her city inside out and is an extremely gentle and kind person whom speaks English very fluently. We had a fabulous evening walking and munching delicious local cuisine with Giada it felt like we’d known her for years! She taught us the origins behind the dishes and flexed to meet our wants - like adding in the house of cheese! The food tasting tour with Giada was so delightful. She's warm and inviting and very knowledgable as well. The places she took us to meant something to her and you could tell she loves what she does with her tours. The cicchetti that we sampled were fresh seafood and not just the kind on toast you see too often. The time we spent with Giada went by so fast, and you know you're having a great time when it slips away so quickly. Giada is all about making your time in Venice the best. Her wealth of information was just the right amount. Sometimes you can get too much, but the pace we were all on, was perfect. I would highly recommend using Giada. She really was wonderful to be with and had exciting stops for us to try. I would give her a 10 out of 10!Venice 2025 Cicchetti Delight

My husband and I are so glad that we chose Giada for our tour of Venice. We really couldn’t imagine a better guide. Her tour flowed seamlessly from one place to the next, and from one topic to the next, as she showed us connections in history, art, architecture, and craftsmanship all over the city. We’ve never had such a skilled guide. And personable! As well as being a treasure trove of knowledge, she was so funny and easy to chat with We did a hidden gems tour so it wasn’t focused on wine and food, but she did introduce us to natural wine which we really loved She also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants that had gluten free options for me. The one we chose for dinner had the most gluten free options that I saw on our entire trip to Italy! If we return to Venice we’ll definitely book Giada for a food and wine tour!Excellent tour of Venice

Giada took us to 4 different venues for our 10 tastings, each with a different selection and ambiance. The first bacaro (bar) had an informal neighborhood feel and a wide selection of cicchettis. She explained the different kinds we sampled and about spritz’s. We ventured on to two more places, sampling more tasty items. We ended our evening in a neighborhood wine bar with a charcuterie board and wine. She explained the meats and the wine, then finished with a selection of 4 desserts from the pastry shop across the street. Giada was very knowledgeable about the wine, the food and the history. It truly was a taste of Venezia. And fun seeing it through her eyes. Fun evening with Giada
