I'm a romantic wanderer, I love getting lost in a new place, getting struck by the beauty and uniqueness of it.

In my free time I love wandering around Venice, soaking in its vibes and atmosphere, or simply plunge in a good book about Venetian art or history.

I'm also a foodie and a certified Sommelier: I love trying new restaurants and dishes, as well as going to local bars to taste a good glass of wine.

I was born and raised in the cozy and charming Treviso and then adopted by the wonderful and majestic Venice, where I'm now a permanent resident.

Being a Tour Leader is my full time profession and I've been collaborating with Withlocals since the very beginning.

Our food tour was absolutely incredible, thanks to our amazing guide, Giada! She was kind, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking us to fantastic local spots we never would have found on our own. Every stop offered delicious, varied dishes that gave us a real taste of the local culture and cuisine. What truly set her apart was her thoughtfulness—when one of our family members couldn’t attend, she went out of her way to arrange to-go portions so they could still enjoy the experience. That level of care meant so much to us. If you’re a foodie looking for an authentic and heartwarming experience, this tour is a must, and we can’t recommend our guide highly enough!Unforgettable Food Tour

We went to Venice twice on this trip. The first we did a city tour with another guide and were very non plussed about Venice. We booked a food tour with Giada on the way back through Venice and we were not looking forward to it. Giada knocked it out of the park. The tour was tailored to our preferences, she was FULL of information and we fell in love with her enthusiasm and love of her city and then we loved Venice! Book Giada. We had the most incredible tour of Venice with Giada, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she was an absolute lifesaver. We were battling some serious jet lag and still trying to navigate the vaporetto system, which was going to make us late for our scheduled meeting. Without a moment's hesitation, Giada was incredibly personable and accommodating, meeting us at a much closer, easier-to-reach location at the very last minute. Upon arrival, our immediate need was coffee, and Giada was so kind and understanding. She not only helped us find a fantastic local shop for our much-needed caffeine fix but also made sure we were comfortable before starting our adventure. What truly set Giada apart was her approach to the tour itself. She genuinely offered choices on what we wanted to see and do, making the experience feel personalized and tailored to our group's interests. Throughout the tour, she struck the perfect balance of insight, sharing fascinating details about Venice without overwhelming us. She chatted with us in such a friendly and engaging manner as we walked, making us feel like we were exploring with a good friend rather than a guide. Giada was also incredibly thoughtful about our comfort, finding opportune places for water breaks and recommending an excellent local lunch spot that was truly authentic. Our group ranged in age from 14 to 80, and it was remarkable to see how easily and enjoyably she conversed with everyone across that wide spectrum. She made sure everyone felt included and engaged. If you're looking for a tour guide in Venice who is flexible, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely delightful to be around, we would absolutely recommend Giada to anyone! Our time meandering and eating our way through Venice with Giada may be the best tour I've been on ever, and the most memorable experience of our whole Italy trip. Giada is an absolute delight - kind, knowledgable and funny. Our kids adored her and our family would love to see her again soon! Giada was an excellent guide - knowledgeable and entertaining. We had a walk in less frequented part of Venice (which we very much enjoyed), she showed us many hidden gems, told stories... She also recommended other places to see, restaurants, sweets shops... When we return to Venice, we will gladly book another tour with her again. Thanks, Giada :)Venice walk

Giada is a wonderful guide and delightful company. My wife and I enjoyed a very special evening last night on our tour of Venice with historical and cultural insights which were enlightening. The food stops were also tailored to our preference and Giada brought the city and history alive with her passion, professionalism and personality. Giada was very wonderful and felt like a friend by the end of the tour. She was great at handling our larger party with 2 kids and 4 adults. She was very helpful to my mom who has a hard time walking and hearing. Giada also gave us a list of local recommendations that was extremely helpful. Fabulous Guide of the real Venice

Giada provided a wonderful introduction to Venice, taking us off the beaten path to explore the usually "unseen" places. She pointed out little historical and cultural details dotted throughout the local areas. She was fantastic with our three-year-old daughter, making sure she was told stories and seeing things that would interest her. Giada's English was fantastic and we extend a big thank you for her friendly hospitality!A wonderful introduction to Venice
