Firstly, our original guide, Giorgia, became ill the morning of our scheduled tour, but she was able to find a substitute guide by the name of Gennaro. Gennaro met us at the scheduled time and location and was an amazing guide for our group. We had an amazing experience and I would not hesitate to book another tour directly with Gennaro.Amazing Experience

I wish I could give a review of this promising tour, but starting the morning of (which I had scheduled months before), it was rescheduled to 4 different guides and finally cancelled. Management apologized profusely, but they were not able to make it work. I was disappointed to say the least.Disappointed

We were paired with another guide named Giorgia as our original guide had an emergency. The company made sure we were taken care of and he was in direct contact every step of the way. Giorgia was so great and informative. Each tasting she took us too was amazing. Even though I was under the weather she made my experience wonderful! She made suggestions of places to go see after our tour and she was right that we would love the view. Her insight on her culture and her love of Napoli made us feel at home.
