Glenda our tour guide was great! She was knowledgeable, entertaining & well paced walking tour. She was very mindful of finding shady spots for us to be while she provided information. If we were in Florence longer, & hadn't already booked other tours, I would have booked with Glenda. They also sent tickets directly which made it very convenientExcellent tour !
