If you’re looking for someone who can keep a running dialog about the sights around Hiroshima and provide historical context, than Haq is the guide for you. It doesn’t hurt that he is in love with Japan and eager to share his growing knowledge of its history with you. His is fluent in multiple languages, but his impeccable English and endearing manner made our eight hours together fly by. Although we were hoping to get a Japanese guide (it is called with locals, after all) we feel quite lucky to have connected with him. You won’t be disappointed.Great tour of Hiroshima snd Miyajima

We had a wonderful experience in Hiroshima with our tour guide, Haq. He was very knowledgeable about the city’s history and culture, especially at the Peace Memorial Museum and Miyajima Island. He explained everything clearly and with great respect, which made the tour both educational, fun and meaningful. He was also very kind, patient, and attentive to our needs, making sure everyone in the group was comfortable throughout the day. Thanks to Haq, we were able to enjoy Hiroshima smoothly and meaningfully. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting! We are very thankful!

We had the pleasure of spending three hours in Hiroshima with our local guide, Haq, and it was truly an outstanding experience. Haq impressed us with his deep knowledge, explaining history in such a clear and engaging way that the bigger picture came together like a puzzle. He was extremely friendly, attentive to our wishes, and wonderful with our children—encouraging them to listen, ask questions, and take part. His excellent English made communication very easy and enjoyable. Time passed so quickly because we were fully immersed. Haq is a warm, professional, and highly recommended guide.highly recommended

If you are in Hiroshima a tour with Haq is an absolute must! We had the best day and the hours flew like second. We booked 5 hours and endes up with 8 hours. Haq is a great storyteller with so many great anecdoctes and knowledge about history and culture. He speaks japanese fluently and is completely integrated i japanese culture, so ask him anything, and he will answer. You can tell he loves his job as a guide and is definately the best at it. He was incredibly profesional, service minded, helpful, flexible and communicative before and during the trip. He is humorous and very enjoysble person to spend the day with for my husband, our teenagers and I. I can recommend to arrange a long day with him.A must meet guide in Hiroshima

We had a great history tour of Hiroshima with Haq. He shared many details with us as he walked us through the city. It was a bit of a squeeze to add Miyajima island as the Peace Museum captivated us for a long time. Miyajima island lightened the tour though and was a fun end with deer that were friendly to the touch, sweet treats and some cool history about the island too. We would definitely recommend this tour to families that want to spend the day learning about the history of Hiroshima - it was wonderful.Great history tour

I usually do not rate tours that high or write good reviews if I not truly believe the tour deserves it. However, this one was great! We had a wonderful 3 hour walking tour with Haq. Her speaks great English. He was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. His tour is very interactive and interesting. Haq gave us many details that we would have never known had we not listened to his historical references. He kept my 20 and 18 year old sons’ as well as my husband and my attention the whole three hours! So interesting! We visited all the important monuments in Peace Memorial Park. Haq made it very enjoyable. We highly recommend Haq.Outstanding Tour!

Haq was a terrific guide for our food tour. Hiroshima has so many food options but we asked him to preference those foods that Hiroshima was known for. His local knowledge was invaluable and each course was delivered with an informative dialogue. We ended our tour in the Peace Memorial Park and his knowledge of WW11 and the A-bomb was incredible. Our heads were spinning! Thankyou Haq for a great day.Great food accompanied by history lesson.

Our family of four spent 3 fantastic hours with Haq. He was very knowledgeable, funny and informative. We learned so much about Hiroshima, the war, the park and Japanese culture. We have taken guided tours all over the world and Haq rates up there with the best. Do not hesitate to select Haq ( the fact that he is not Japanese added to the tour since he has a very personal understanding of a foreigner’s view of the culture). Awsome Afternoon
