Our group was comprised of a family with young adults, midlifers and ‘elderlies’. So, beyond Haq’s knowledge of the city and excellent narrative, I appreciated his sense of his audience’s needs. He adjusted the tour to make it easier for everyone by focusing on the highlights, without compromising on what must be known. He delivered the facts and shared stories in and around the events of the bombing. He showcased important landmarks and explained their importance. And finally, he encouraged questions and accommodated requests. We obviously enjoyed the tour and cannot recommend him highly enough! Half day tour with Haq

Haq was a great guide. He tailored the tour to what we wanted and gave a good balance in overall history of Hiroshima as well as the bomb and consequences. We also were able to visit miyajima island which was a great contrast. He gave us a number of choices during the day and ran to get our train tickets and found snacks for dietary requirements. He also made it nearer to 6 hours rather than 5 to fit everything in. Overall highly recommended. Great knowledgeable guide

Haq was fantastic. He got our tour last minute bc our original guide got the flu. He was very friendly and took us to the best food spots. We got to taste all the local favorites. Haq had made reservations for us and we even had spots waiting for us at places that don’t take reservations!! The food was amazing. Haq knows so much about the town and the culture. We have traveled many places and always get a guide to show us around and Haq is definitely at the top of our all time favorites. Book with Haq and you will not be disappointed!Great day with Haq

We had an excellent tour with Haq sharing his love of food and knowledge of Hiroshima at the same time. It’s fantastic to be shown around by someone who speaks the language and knows the area and history too! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to try some local food with the man in the know while exploring the city. Wonderful way to enjoy hiroshima

Haq was such a great tour guide. He was very patient with our mixed group of grandparents and kids. His knowledge is incredible and he takes the time to explain and leave space for questions. He promised the kids he would buy an ice cream if he couldn’t answer a question so they spent the whole time engaged and thinking through tricky questions for him. Lots of fun (and we ended the tour with ice cream regardless). Highly recommend.Excellent tour - we learned so much

We had a very nice tour with our tour guide Haq. We made a last minute booking via the website and we were able to get in touch with Haq very quick. We started at 16.00hr so he had to make some adjustments so that we were able to see everything. Haq has a lot of knowledge including fun facts so we got a very complete picture about the history of Hiroshima. Definitely recommended!Great tour and tour guide!
