"After living in Denmark, Indonesia and travelling around Europe and Asia, I came back to my beloved hometown Lisbon, Portugal. My passion for history, sociology and travelling made me create a non touristic, personalized, innovative yet traditional guided tour through Lisbon (Baixa, Chiado, Cais do Sodré, Bairro-Alto, Alfama, Belém, Graça, São Bento, Santos, Lapa, Príncipe Real, Estrela, Monsanto) Sintra, Cabo da Roca and Cascais to name a few.

Each one is welcomed and treated according to their own travelling preferences and goals.

We learned so much about Lisbon's history and layout from this tour. It was a great way to orient ourselves upon our arrival, and it was a pleasure meeting Henry who showed us around, and wove together Lisbon's history with a well-paced story. As a self-professed history buff he was incredibly knowledgeable, and he also made a point of showing us good places to eat and offered lots of ideas for our time in Lisbon. We've been back to the Pastel de Nata bakery he took us to everyday since the tour with him! I'm really glad we did this tour and had a chance to talk about contemporary life with Henry too. I really appreciated the rich, insightful experience he provided from the past to the present. Thank you!Great tour with Henry

Henrique was knowledgeable, warm and a great story teller. You can tell he's a Lisbon native as he knows all the beautiful details of the city and shares them in such a lovely way. We saw so much and stopped at a several scenic spots for pictures (Henrique had no problem stepping up as photographer too). He really wanted to share the heart of his country and connect us with the spirit of the Portuguese people. When the tour ended and we let him know we were heading to lunch he gave us a recommendation and walked us there before saying goodbye. He also made sure we had his info if we had any questions for the rest of our stay in Lisbon. Lovely day in Lisbon

Our family enjoyed an extremely enjoyable and informative stroll around Lisbon with Henrique who is extremely personable and speaks excellent English. We arranged to meet at the start of our visit to Lisbon, which enabled us to orientate ourselves within the city. Henrique has the ability to relate the history of Lisbon and Portugal in an engaging manner. We visited several different areas of the city, finishing in the Old Town with suggestions of places of interest for us to visit in the future. Henrique was an amazing guide. Super friendly and so knowledgeable! He explained historical facts in such clear and simple terms, which our teenage kids really appreciated. Very personable with a great sene of humor. Henrique recommended a great place for lunch and offered very useful tips on how to spend our time in Portugal outside of Lisbon. My family and I did the Lisbon hidden gems tour with Henrique, and it was our favorite tour during our two weeks in Europe. Not only is he knowledgeable and passionate about his city, but he was engaging throughout the entire tour, not just talking at us. Henrique was an outstanding guide ! Our private city tour was great, he has a vast knowledge of Lisbon and knew many great stops not busy with other Tourists. The Day Trip to Óbidos was also a highlight We are already planning to have Henrique guide us again on next trip to LisbonAwesome City Tour and Day trip to Obidos

Henrique has an enormous and all-encompassing knowledge of Lisbon and Portugal and is able to share this knowledge in a very interesting and accessible way. He was both very responsive and spontaneous to our interests and needs, but also very proactive and suggested a very well thought out tour of the city. We booked the trip around Lisbon with him on the very first day of our stay and took on board a lot of the suggestions and ideas he gave us for sightseeing on our own and every one of his recommendations was very much worthwhile. He speaks excellent English, is an extremely pleasant and cultivated person and it was a real pleasure to get insights into this wonderful city from him! The best guide, we could imagine!
