Herman is not a robot. Unlike so many guides, he doesn’t have a script that he follows slavishly. Instead, he is a flexible conversationalist and we really enjoyed his company. Unsurprisingly, he is very knowledgeable about Amsterdam Delightful

We booked a personal tour with Herman for our first morning in Amsterdam and do not regret it. He is a lovely friendly character, giving us advice about booking activities, and providing us with a tour filled with local history and hidden gems that were not in the guide books. We went back to many of the places Herman passed through during the tour and this helped us make the most of our visit to the city. Thank you Herman!A very enjoyable morning with Herman

Herman was a great guide! He was prompt, very patient with us in our bike riding and followed our pace. He even chose less crowded bike routes to make it easier for my family. He explained Dutch history and was very informative. Most importantly he was great with the children. We enjoyed this once in a lifetime experience and highly reccomend Herman!Great fun!

Wir trafen uns am Morgen nach unserer Anreise in Amsterdam mit Herman am Hauptbahnhof. Er kam pünktlich und wir verstanden uns sofort gut. Herman spricht ausgezeichnet Deutsch und hat als Einheimischer tolle Ortskenntnisse. Er führte uns zielsicher an die wichtigsten Punkte. Herman verstand es ausgezeichnet, uns mit den Besonderheiten und der Geschichte der Stadt vertraut zu machen, ohne uns mit puren Jahreszahlen zu langweilen. Es war für uns (4er-Gruppe) ein großartiger Start in ein tolles Amsterdam-Wochenende. Wir können Herman sehr als deutschsprachigen Guide empfehlen!Großartiger deutschsprachiger Guide!

Herman hat uns wie ein alter Bekannter durch die Gassen und Plätze von Amsterdam geführt. Das Treffen war pünktlich und unproblematisch. In den gut 90 Minuten haben wir einen kleinen Eindruck einer wunderschönen Stadt bekommen. Etwas Geschichte, kleine Anekdoten und ruhige Hinterhöfe, sowie Leckereien und auch modernes Design bekamen wir gezeigt und erklärt. Jeder Zeit wieder!Unsere private Tour durch Amsterdam
