Hiroki lead my family from our Air BNB to experience Osaka Castle. We travelled as a local on the metro, spared our legs by taking the Osaka train to explore the gardens and the walk up to the first bridge and led us straight through the castle gates. He shared with us his love of Osaka and its history and where to get the best range of ramen in one spot. He was able to answer many questions we had from the museum that should we had gone alone we would not have had answers to. Would recommend a local guide to get those insights.Awesome guide

Hiroki is one of the nicest tour guides I've ever had. He's so passionate and very polite. We ate, talked and walked a lot and we dont mind the time as if we've known each other for so long. “Half-Day Visit in Osaka with Hiroki” Hiroki took me on a private half-day tour of Osaka highlights, including Osaka Castle. He’s very knowledgeable and personable, so a complete joy to act as a representative of this bustling city. Since I didn’t have the time today to go inside the castle, he kindly arranged for me to “skip” the long ticket line by purchasing a ticket for me online, then emailing it to my phone for use the next day or two. He also explained where I should enter the shorter queue and show the QR code for quick admission…perfect!Osaka CIty Tour

“Highly Undervalued, Excellent top notch Guide.” I kid you not, you could spend twice as much for a day out on the town in Osaka with Hiroki and still feel like you got a great bargain. Hiroki grew up in Osaka so he knows it like the back of his hand and knows all the best spots to go. His communication is excellent and he's empathic to the needs of his clients. He knew from the first few minutes that we didn't like crowds so he proactively bought all of the tickets for the events we went to in advance so we skipped huge lines and saved a ton of time. He quietly took amazing photos for us without having to be told and was quick to suggest just the right places to go to eat, shop and have fun. A humble, kind, and genuinely considerate soul. “2 days with the best guide!” I was overwhelmed by how many things there were to do in Osaka so I booked two whole days with Hiroki and did not regret it! He put a ton of work into planning out both days and consulted me every step of the way to make the perfect tours for a memorable time in both Osaka and Nara. We had a wonderful time exploring both cities, walking through Osaka castle and feeding the deer in Nara park. I had many questions of course and he was very knowledgeable about everything. I am glad I was able to book two days with him as we got to talk about a lot and made great friends! “Super helpful guide through the busy sights and subways of Kyoto! ” We were visiting Osaka port from a cruise and were intimidated about going our own way to Kyoto, but Hiroki was the best investment to make sure our limited time was as fruitful and stressfree as possible! He planned all the transit meticulously and even had train passes for our family to use so we didn’t have to worry about any logistics. He took us around to some of the top sights in Kyoto and helped us take the perfect family photos - a great keepsake from our trip! We had such a fun time seeing the sights, learning how to throw ninja stars, and tasting delicious foods. He was very attentive when we started to get tired, found spots to sit or buses to save our energy and even ended the day with a little treat! Amazing Tour to Nara Hiroki planned such an incredible tour through Nara. He organized a craft workshop where we made our own brushes with a master. It was amazing, he translated everything on the fly since the lady barely spoke any English. It would have been almost impossible to organize on our own, and it would have been very intimidating, although she was very nice. We then walked around a lot, went to many different places of interests, everything was timed perfectly. He does the tour to Nara a lot, so he has a lot of experiences on how to handle the deer feeding as well, which was greatly appreciated! Thank you for the great day Hiroki!Nara Tour
