If you are a foodie and want someone flexible, knowledgeable and just FUN, Chef Hnoi is the one for you. She is open to ideas and is easy to work with. She arranged a adventurous dragon boat ride through the canals off the Chao Phrya River, did a tour of Chinatown, Helped us design a gourmet lunch at the Thonbori Seafood Market and got us back to our hotel in a timely fashion. Wish we had more hours with her. Her mastery of the English language is spot on and her display of a genuine love for what she does is quite evident. As a fellow Chef in Hawaii, I can attest to her knowledge of food. If you are so lucky to be able to book her ( she is much sought out after) , lock in that reservation like our group of 6 did. We arranged a private van for the day ( Bangkok Beyond) and hired Hnoi as our guide. It was helpful that she would explain to the driver where to go. Easy Peasy! Chef Hnoi was warm and welcoming from the very beginning and bonded nicely with our son. She adjusted the 4 hour tour to our needs and showed us the most famous and interesting places around Bangkok, providing valuable information. Chef Hnoi has organized our trip to the train market and boat market with a private driver. She came to pick us up at the hotel on time and has a perfect English and Spanish. At the market she explained to us various types of local fruits and food and made us try them. She showed us places where tourists don’t go, had a private long tail boat to take us to the local floating market far away from the tourist’s places, which was great. I don't even know what to say. Hnoi wasn't just a guide, I feel like we're friends now. She is unbelievable! I felt at home almost immediately with her. We booked a custom tour by just sending her a message about what types of things we found interesting. She put a tour together for us and honestly it was the BEST choice we made in Bangkok. She can clearly read people and would notice what we became intrigued with, and would re-tailor the tour along the way to just let us go with the flow of our souls. The tour: Phenomenal. We looked at history, culture, and food. We stopped by the train station for fun and she ties in beautiful childhood memories. Then we went to a temple and found peace and togetherness, while learning about how the golden buddha came to be. Her knowledge is endless and just breath taking! After that we went through chinatown where we sat for the MOST unforgettable tea tasting of all time, sampled street food, Thai snacks, and had a beautiful lunch that brought tears to my friends eyes (as Hnoi brought a candle from home and surprised her with a birthday treat and got an entire restaurant to sing to her). We stopped in at another temple and had the opportunity to say our private and deepest prayers over a donation. We shopped, laughed, cried, and by the end of it we were ready to move in with her. Chef Hnoi: One of the purest souls. She is smart, talented, knowledgeable, interesting and interested! We almost cried having to leave her and hugged her the tightest before parting ways. She became our friend and as soon as she wasn't with us, we missed her deeply- we're still talking about her. She's traveled the world and done so many wonderful things to follow her heart- and we thank the universe she became a guide. We almost didn't book a guide- so if you're on the fence, I am telling you...you will regret not doing it. Hnoi fees like the kindest and most loving hug on the planet. Her story is impressive, her knowledge is deep, and her kindness is impeccable. She is honest about where to buy things for the best prices- which helped us feel incredibly confident. Even after the tour ended she messaged us a list of recommendations for the rest of our stay to include times she recommended going to places, costs, and things we should try. I wish I could truly explain how blessed we are to have gotten to tour with her, but words cannot describe our gratitude. We love you Chef Hnoi! So much! Do NOT Pass Chef Hnoi up

We booked the Hidden Gems tour with Hnoi and she gave us the perfect start for our first stay in Bangkok. We visited a local mall, the flower market, the temple Wat Arun and a street market. We also sampled delicious food. Hnoi was a perfect guide, very knowledgeable, very relaxed and very friendly. She also explained how the subway system and the boats on the river work. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her and will recommend her further!Perfect Introduction to Bangkok

We had a wonderful tour with Chef Hnoi! She was very easy to communicate with prior to the tour. She was very knowledgeable about the temples and their history. We also toured the flower market.,It was fun travelling by taxi and riverboats. She also taught us how to use Bangkoks transportation systems. She was born and raised in Bangkok and it is obvious that she has pride and love for her city. A truly lovely person! She made touring the highlights of Bangkok stress free!! Book with Chef Hnoi!!

The day with Hnoi was super! we took a family guided tour which was perfect. Hnoi showed us interesting places and was a committed and knowledgeable guide. She was very nice with the children and took lots of pictures during the day which she shared with us. She adjusted the schedule to our needs, we will definitely take a guided tour with Hnoi again if we visit Bangkok, 10/10⭐️Perfect day in Bangkok
