Hon was a very informative and knowledgeable guide. He was able to bring Georgetown alive and provide interesting history about the wonderful places we visited. It was a hot day and Hon was more than happy to pause when we asked him in order to top up liquid or take a brief respite. It was a great exprience, and Hon is a lovely personable guide. However, it is clear that whilst Hon's English is very good, it isn't his first language and sometimes his enthusiasm in the subject matter reduced his clarity of delivery. Although personal customization is a feature we like the tour seemed to be one Hon had done a million times. He is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He has a very likable personality as well. No hesitation in recommending him. Great guide and tour

Unser Guide Hon Seng erschien pünktlich zum vereinbarten Treffpunkt. Nach einer freundlichen Begrüßung und einem kurzen Überblick wohin uns die Tour führen wird, ging es auch schon los. Unser tip gleich vorab: in Penang herrscht ganzjährig ein tropisches Klima mit sehr hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit. Wir können daher nur allen empfehlen, die Tour morgens zu starten. Am Nachmittag ist das Klima fast nicht auszuhalten. Hon Seng zeigte uns sein Penang und führte uns an Orte und Ecken an die wir so wahrscheinlich nicht gekommen wären. Wir können diese Tour in Penang und den Guide Hon Seng empfehlen.Schöner Ausflug in Penang

Bonne visite de la ville de Penang, on sent que Hong Seng maitrise bien son sujet. Par contre il vaut mieux bien maitriser l'anglais car l'hôte parle très vite penang sous différentes faces

Penang is a heaven for street food. Hon Seng arrange us a big bus for only 20 people, arrange good food (as we wanted). And he also communicate a lot with me, told us to prepare things etc, gave us right information.He’s attentive person
