Hoopy è venuta a prenderci nel centro di Kuala Lumpur ove avevamo il nostro albergo. Puntualissima, tenendo presente il traffico di KL, nonostante fosse domenica. Il trasferimento di due ore verso Malacca è stato molto interessante perché Hoopy ci ha dato molte informazioni sulla città, su KL, sulla cultura malese (storia, usi e costumi). Giunti a Malacca Hoopy ci ha condotto per questa meravigliosa città, narrandone la storia. Siamo stati anche in angoli fuori dai classici itinerari turistici. Hoopy, oltre ad essere molto preparata, riesce ad instaurare empatia con i suoi ospiti! Grazie di tutto, cara Hoopy ♥️Malacca con Hoopy

I made a huge planning mistake… wrong date booked!! Panic struck, some messages later all was well again. Hoopy managed to switch the whole trip at 23:00 o clock, so we could go the next morning! On time and trip build to our wishes!! Great knowledge and arranged a great guide at the elephant sanctuary! What a day!! Thanks Hoopy, you saved the day!!Saved the day!

I did the half-day trip to Batu caves with Hoopy. She was very knowledgeable but also had a great sense of humour. Her English was fantastic - and she was both a great listener and speaker. From the awe-inspiring Batu Caves Temple, where we learned about Hindu traditions against the backdrop of a towering Lord Murugan statue, to witnessing the delicate craftsmanship behind Malaysia’s traditional Batik, every stop was an immersion into history and artistry. The visit to the magnificent Thean Hou Temple was a highlight, where she beautifully explained the spiritual and architectural significance of this Chinese landmark. My wife and I spent a half day with Hoopy, traveling to Batu Caves and, an add on, Federal Territory Mosque. Hoopy was knowledgeable and fun to be with. Our visit to Batu Caves was the main purpose of the tour, but when we ended up seeing the Caves sooner than expected, Hoopy added a visit to Federal Territory Mosque. It was a welcome addition to our visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Hoopy picked us up at our hotel in downtown KL. Her car is nice and clean, she brought water for all of us. During the trip to the caves, she gave us many information about Malaysia, the different groups, the food and some history. The trip took quite some time due to the rush hour. We were early which was good as it was not yet crowded and Hoopy guided us through the site and let us know some basics about Hindu religion. Although the statue, stairs and carves are impressive, the dirtiness of the site was a little bit disappointing. After the caves, Hoopy took us to the waterfalls and we enjoyed coconut and swimming in the pools. She took care of us at all times and did not look after each minute of the tour. Hoopy dropped us in Chinatown and gave us some good tips for the rest of our stay. We would recommend Hoopy as very friendly guide, just do not expect each of your questions to be answered. We would probably not go to Batu caves again but as said it was impressive.Nice guide, Batu caves maybe overrated

Hoopy took my two friends from China and me on a customized tour of Kuala Lumpur, hitting several memorable destinations. She explained in detail Malaysia's culture and society to my friends, who spoke Chinese. She went out of her way to accommodate our wishes, such as taking us to a durian restaurant where they kept cutting open the fruit in front of us until a satisfactory one was found. There was no charge for the discarded fruits. We would not hesitate to recommend her for a fun time.Enjoyable tour with Hoopy.

I was looking for local people who can speak Chinese as my mother can't speak much English but can do Chinese. It was a great decision. Hoopy take care of my mum very well and make her feel very involved for the whole tour Highly recommend Hoopy if you are in town. Good guide
