We had a great time with Ihor! His passion for the old and new was apparent throughout the tour - full of factoids about the history, geography and geology of Oslo. Himself being a recent immigrant to Norway, his love for all things 'Oslo' was refreshing and informative.History, Geography and Geology!

We had a great walk with Ihor. He shared with us details of Oslo that we would not have known otherwise, like walking onto the roof of the Opera House and exploring areas reclaimed from the fjord.Very knowledgeable

One of our group broke his leg and was in a wheelchair. Ihor reorganized our tour so everything was accessible. He is very knowledgeable about the history of Oslo and very personal, sharing with us his own experiences. I highly recommend his tours. Thank you Ihor.Great tour guide

Ihor was a fabulous guide and adapted the tour to our needs and tastes of the group which included 1 vegetarian, 3 octogenarians, and at least one flighty one. He kept us together and provided some really cool insights to Oslo as well as the food that I had no idea existed. (Not giving it away, you'll have to take the tour yourself.) I highly recommend this tour if you have some time in Oslo. Ihor was an awesome guide as well. I truly appreciate and love how he adapted the tour to our group and it's tastes.What a Fanstatic Experience!

We had a truly wonderful few hours with Ihor who took us onto the Oslo Fjord visiting the islands of Hovedøya, Lindøya and Gressholmen. All islands were diffierent; (i) Hovedøya had ruins of an ancient monastery, WW2 bunker and cannons, (ii) Lindøya had over 300 brightly coloured (red, green and yellow) cabins where City folk escape to for a break and (iii) Gressholmen was more of a ‘wild’ island that had less development. This island was our favourite because of the stunning views down the Oslo Fjord and back up to the City. Ihor is a lovely guy, with a lot of amazing stories and his knowledge of Oslo is incredible. The other thing that made the trip is Ihor’s passion for Oslo and this really was engaging. If you’re looking to do something different away from the hustle and bustle of the City then this tour is definitely for you. Just make sure you check the weather and wear the right clothing and footwear - this is a must even if you think otherwise. Oslo Fjords Island Tour

Ihor was wonderful. While most businesses were closed on New Year’s Day he found plenty of sights to show us and we were able to get a sense of the city and to have a list of things to do the rest of the trip. Perfect amount of history and local information with recommendations for food during our stay as well. Can’t wait to come back! Wonderful way to explore Oslo!
