We LOVED Inês! She accommodated our group tour with grace and ease. She was SO kind, celebrating my daughter’s 7th birthday with us by showing us a favorite local ice cream place. She even brought her a candle—so thoughtful! We greatly enjoyed her depth of knowledge about the history of Lisbon, as well as the ease with which she navigated our large party of adults and children around the city. It was also such a gift to hear her sing to our group in authentic Portuguese Fado—brought tears to my eyes and was an experience that captivated our whole group and all the passerby. We highly recommend her, and would definitely book with her again! Ines was amazing!

Inês was a fabulous tour guide! We had a short visit to Lisbon and wanted to check out the highlights and she delivered! She is so knowledgeable about the history, culture, architecture…we learned so much. She was very accommodating to our family, which includes our 12 yo triplet daughters. She can be flexible if you need a break or want to grab some ice cream ;) And if you’re lucky, you will hear her beautiful singing voice. Absolutely loved our walking tour around Lisbon with Ines. She offered to meet us at our hotel which we greatly appreciated. Ines is incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s rich history with fascinating stories and local insights. Her enthusiasm and passion for Lisbon was enchanting and refreshing. We came away with a deeper appreciation for Lisbon and some great local tips. Ines helped us to understand the train and tram system for our visits to Sintra and Cascais. Inez was the best. She gave us a historical overview of Lisbon that provided us with a real appreciation for what led up to the culture of today. We also learned so much about the area from a non-tourist perspective. And then she sang for us at the end. We had no idea until that moment that she also sang professionally. It was magical. Inez was a 10+.

After finding I had a day free in Lisbon, I was lucky enough to book a last minute tour with Inez! She even offered to change the meeting place to make it easier for me walking there. A delightful experience. It is wonderful to experience her enthusiasm about Portugal and its history. She went Above and beyond to check the cleanliness of a public toilet before we used it- I would never even think of asking someone do that! Sunday am was perfect with less crowds. A savoury treat at my request site the pastel de nata are so addictive. Inez spontaneously shared her amazing singing at one point. Since she’s a professional- big surprise- it was so lovely! She recommended some other spots- Belem - and showed me where to catch the tram.that a must do was trying the pastais de Belem! Done, and delicious! A perfect day! Unexpected delight to tour with Inez!

We spent a wonderful morning with Ines who gave us an informative historical tour of Lisbon. Learned so much in such a short time made all the more special because of her passion for the subject and her country! Ended the tour with a sweet treat. First off, I have to say that Inêz was available within minutes as our original tour guide canceled unexpectedly. So thank you once again for filling in on such short notice. We walked through amazing neighborhoods, heard about the amazing history of Lisboa, tried Pastéis de Belém once again, and enjoyed her pointing out so many little details of structures, monuments, and the history of the city and people. She was able to answer all our curious questions and you could see that she was happy to share her favorite city she calls home with us for a few hours. She even had pointers for some of the cities that were on our itinerary next. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an informative and lovely experience in the city!!!!!!Wonderful guide through Lisbon's history

My friend and I had a fabulous and informative 5 hour tour with Inês. She came earlier than scheduled to our hotel and then began a journey of information and fun. Inês was everything we hoped for in a guide. She was extremely knowledgeable but relaxed and made the tour enjoyable. We learnt a lot but had a great time too. She communicates very well in English and her energy is amazing. I would recommend Inês without a shadow of doubt and if in Lisboa again, would choose her again.
