Born and raised in Bologna (although I spent a few years off in the UK), I know every inch of my town and how tricky it can be finding a good balance between traditional sightseeing (because let's be honest, there are some things that can't be missed!) and new experiences.

After working for several years as an Art Event producer in Bologna and internationally, I know all the secret spells to create an "experience". Now it's time to take you through it!

What a great 3 hours spent with Isadora. A great story teller , personable and so interesting. We learned so many amazing facts about Bologna. Which we never would have without this tour. To top it off Isadora gave us 2 amazing recommendations for restaurants. We did them both and they were beyond amazing!!! Thank youAmazing must do!

Our family took a day trip to Bologna. We were staying in Florence for a week. We took the high speed rail (great experience). To kick-off our time in Bologna, we booked a 3 hour walking tour with Isadora. We're so happy we decided to do this. Isadora was engaging, knowledgeable, and so much fun! Highly recommend! Fantastic time with Isadora!

We just loved our time with Isadora. We had already spent a few days in Bologna but wanted a better understanding of the history of the city and some of the key landmarks. Isadora was so knowledgeable and explained the history and culture in interesting way satisfying one in our group who was a history major in college as well as the other two who had less knowledge about European history. It was a perfect mix of history and food culture. We highly recommend Isadora and a visit to Bologna which we fell in love with. Isadora is a FANTASTIC tour guide!

Isadora gave us a fascinating insight into the history of Bologna including the Anatomy Theatre but also told us about some great cafes and restaurants We only had one day in Bologna but Isadora made it a FAB dayBologna

We picked Isadora based on other reviews and we were very happy with our 3-hour walking tour of Bologna's historic center. Isadora is very friendly, knowledgeable and her English is outstanding. It was clear she gave a lot of thought to the information she provided - it was rich with information but always highlighted with a memorable story for each stop on our tour. She seemed to enjoy all of our questions and was happy to provide additional information whatever the topic. The tour ends in the Mercata de Mezzo where Isadora gets the opportunity to talk about the food of the Emilia-Romagna region, which is a real treat!Perfect Introduction to Bologna

Isadora planned a perfect food tour throughout Emilia-Romagna, taking us to a reggiano-parmigiano factory, prosciutto factory, and balsamic vinegar producer. It was a fascinating and delicious day! Isadora is a food expert and wine connoisseur who expertly answered all our food and wine questions, and gave many great recommendations. We had such a good time making and eating pasta in Bologna! Isadora was a very good guide, accompanying us to the pasta making kitchen and translating for us, as the chef did not speak English. She was happy to take pictures of us during the experience when I asked her to. The chef loves her job and was a pleasure to learn from. We made three kinds of pasta: tortellini, tortoloni, and tagliatelle. After we made each kind, the chef cooked it and we ate it. It was delicious! After the class, Isadora took us to see the shop where the pasta is sold. I highly recommend this very delightful experience!Sfoglia pasta making experience in Bologna
