I speak English very fluently in american accent, I am also an Italian language teacher for foreigners and I love travelling, diving, photography. I'm Italian since generations, my parents preferred a less common name :)

Ivana is a very knowledgeable guide. I asked a lot of questions about the Medici history and about Florence. She was very helpful, well educated and spoken. We were very fortunate to have Ivana as our guide. She ensured we knew exactly where to meet her, and how to recognise her, which is so helpful in these busy sites. Her lovely manner and historical knowledge made this experience quite unique. Not only to have the opportunity to see these amazing artworks , but to learn so much about their provenance and stories behind them was great. First, Ivana was exceptionally knowledgeable and entertaining! She was a great tour guide and I don't think it could have been done better. I didn't know what to expect in Florence but I was not disappointed in the beauty, artistry, history and food. Overall it was a great walking tour.Unexpectedly awesome!

Ivana could not do the tour and arranged with Arzu Guida to do the tour and she was magnificent! From explaining piazza culture she took us back and unlocked the history of the city. I am sure that we could have walked and talked for another 3 hours, Florance has a long history full of facinating characters! If you are interested in more than the headline attractions then this tour is a must!Walking Florenze

This experience was an incredibly valuable for our family. As an well-read teacher of the arts and licensed tour guide, Ivana provided historical context and stories from each part of Florence. We would never have appreciated what we were observing without her as a guide. She was effective in engaging our entire family which includes two teenage daughters. In addition to this guidance, Ivana was a very pleasant companion who provided insight into social perspectives, local cuisine, and personal experiences living her entire life in/around Florence. She was also readily accessible by text for additional questions and recommendations. Ivana is a wealth of knowledge!!!

Ivana was awesome! She did a 3 hour tour to a few artisans and mixed in with historic sites concluding with seeing the David. She helped us make the most of our brief time in Florence. She was flexible and relaxed with our mixed aged group (from grandparents to children). I would highly recommend her to other families! Great four gyide for the whole family!
