Hello and welcome to Denmark!

As a Danish Copenhagen native, lived all my life here, I carry a big passion and knowledge for the city. Following me through my wonderful birth city and explore back yards where I played as a kid and squares that use to be local markets, for all kind of everyday needs.

I offcause introduce you to the History of Copenhagen, but also to our everyday life, added with personal anecdotes from my full life lived here.

With more than 30 years experience guiding inside Copenhagen, including the last 6 years as a proffesional guide, and a full life lived in Copenhagen, I can deliver a wide and deep knowledge to Copenhagen and the soul and feeling of the city.

My motto is: ”I do not claim I am an expert in everything, but in Copenhagen I certainly am.”

Based on passion, broad and deep knowledge of the city, I give visitors a tour that both gives them insight of Copenhagen's nearly 1000 years of history, our everyday life, adding my personal experiences in and together with Copenhagen.

I still love to walk the city on my own, finding new spots, revisiting the backyards, where I played as a kid, walking the squares remembering the local markets that used to be around, and entering the parks to enjoy the meditative silence of those.

So even that I have decades of experience with Copenhagen, I never get tired of discovering and observing this beautiful city.

So, no matter if you stay here for days, weeks or just arriving with a cruise ship for a single day, I can offer you unique experiences with Copenhagen, that probably will be one of the highlights of your trip.

I’ve used with WithLocals before and they were good but after this recent experience, I can’t recommend them. I booked a guide for my son who was flying in from London but he had to cancel due to the large fire at Heathrow. Granted it was within 24-hours (which was 36 hours after I booked) but they were not extenuating circumstances and that both the agency and guide acknowledged. And yet I received the runaround from WithLocals and the guide each willing to forego fees if the other agreed. Despite each agreeing, at the end, WithLocals claimed the guide walked back his agreement to forego. Disappointing

We had a wonderful time with Jeff exploring the beautiful and interesting city of Copenhagen. Jeff is an excellent guide and showed us places we would not have found on our own. Jeff communicated regularly as to our interests and wishes for our 3 hr walking tour of his city, Copenhagen. We walked all over the city center and learned so much about the history of the city. And then he found us a perfect little restaurant to have Smorsbod. Thank you! Great walking tour!

Our family of 5 (children age 15, 13 and 9) did a bike tour with Jeff and he was really lovely. A really gentle tour at a good pace with lots of interesting facts. Would recommend. Jeff is lovely!

Jeff is a lifelong citizen of Copenhagen who loves his city and knows its history in a very deep way: both the history that you can read about, but also the history he has lived, and he shared many stories of the changes in the city in his lifetime. He took us to places and told us of the significance of these places in a way that we couldn't have gotten with out him. He was of good humor and had a good sense of humor. We let him know that we are Jewish, and he was very generous and knowledgeable about that particular history as well.Fantastic tour: priceless
