My father is from Malaysia and he is a chef, my mother from Taiwan and she is a local guide. Born in Rome and grew up in Florence. After my Secondary education in Florence, I decided to move up in United Kindom. My goal was to improve my english and my cooking knowledge. I worked for italian/chinese/

japanese restaurants for 4 years and then decided to come back in Italy and get

my professional chef certification.

I can say I successfully followed in my father's footsteps working in italian Trattoria and making local florentin food.

At the age of 30, was time to followed my mother's footsteps so I got my guide license.

For the past 6 years I have been working in food tour in city center, wine and oil tour in chianti, vespa tour, ebike tour in Tuscany. The fusion of my culture and my knowledge are the key skills that qualify me as tour guide.

We planned this tour as a bachelor party for our friend and it absolutely landed! All of the tastings were delicious and we even had a wine tasting thrown in! The guide Alexia felt like part of the party by the end and we were sad to leave her. Couldn't recommend this enough! Best Bachelor Party Ever

Jinn was an excellent tour guide. His knowledge of the area was excellent and the food to which he introduced us was superb. We sampled items that we never would have tried if Jinn did not introduce us. Our tour with Jinn was the best way to kick off our time in Florence. Thank you!!Jinn was awesome!!

Great staff. Amazing route. Loved it. ‘Driving into a postcard’. Thanks to all. Was not prepared for the jaw-dropping views. Actually wished we could stop every 20 metres (yards) for pics or just to stand with slack-jaw face at the beauty. Thanks to our guides Yo and Santiago. Great job. To all attendees, if you do not pass the safety driving test, do not worry. The views from the TukTuk are awesome. These guides take safety seriously, but even if they decide for you not to drive, the trip is awesome. Tuscan Vespa Tour

What an amazing day getting to know the Tuscan countryside,taste delicious wine and oil. We enjoyed seeing three different style wineries, all with amazing views of chianti and impressive. Yo and Francesca, were outstanding. They made us feel right at home and were so knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!!Amazing chianti wine day

This was a highlight of our holiday and very happy that we did it. Our guides, Haider, Yo and Frederica were all fantastic they looked after the group and made sure everyone was together and ok while riding, the views were just amazing and after riding we all had lunch at a winery that was beautiful and not what I was expecting. I would highly recommend doing this activity. Highly Recommend
