Come and join me for slow and relaxed tours in keeping with the Spanish pace and way of life. I moved to Spain for 10 months...six years ago! Having spent this time exploring all the nooks and crannies and secret spots in Cadiz Province, I can't wait to share them!

I run guides with three distinct focuses: walking and exploring the beautiful nature of Cadiz; sampling and eating as much tapas & sherry as possible: meandering through the history and culture of Spain.

We had the best time in Cádiz with Joanna! She introduced us to many areas of the city and gave us little bits of history throughout our food tour. The tastes we got were delicious and it was so much fun experiencing the areas of the city where the locals go to eat. We really enjoyed our time with Joanna and would recommend her as a guide for any tour!!Fabulous Tour!

Joanna arrived promptly and in the rain. She bought umbrellas with her, for us. Joanna has a warm and lively personality and was the ideal guide to show us around Cádiz. She has great knowledge and the history of the city. We were advised of where to go to eat local foods and drinks. I would thoroughly recommend Joanna as a guide of Cádiz.Joanna in Cadiz

We had a fantastic food tour with Joanna. It could not have been better. She sent very clear directions on the meeting place and even though the place was crowded due to a festival, it was easy to find her. Joanna's has an excellent knowledge of the city and provided informative details of Cadiz history during the tour. Our stops were very well organized, even though it was a busy Saturday, and included sherry, olives, oysters, paella, local meats, and desserts. Joanna has a fantastic level of energy and enthusiasm for food tours (and life in general), and it was such a pleasure to spend time with this very positive person. 10 out of 10 for sure and I'd highly recommend this guide.Outstanding in every way!

We had the most wonderful tour with Jo. This young lady is so friendly, knowledgeable and interesting she has got to be one of the best guides around. Joanna is AMAZING!! She booked us very last minute - on a day she was going to have off and it was raining. We were trying to just make the best of a rainy day and Joanna made it more than we could ask for. She had so much knowledge. Knew all the locals spots and goodies and truly had the most uplifting attitude! It was like we had known her forever! Highly recommend this tour! We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return!Joanna is AMAZING!!

Well, in a nutshell Joanna was an awesome guide! She really took the time to personalize our fun filled day of sightseeing and food tastings across the entire island of Cadiz. We covered quite a bit of territory with perfectly timed stops at various food spots for Sherry, Cheese, Tapas, Hot Chocolate and a few sweets! Totally delicious! Joanna also did an amazing job of imparting local history as we roamed through the various areas of Cadiz. I have to say that visiting the local food marketplace was amazing as well. Really got to experience hanging out with the locals and trying out the local fare including fresh oysters just caught from the bay. Long story short you cannot go wrong booking a tour with Joanna in Cadiz. Enjoy your time in Cadiz and the great food as well!Livin La Vida Loca in Cadiz!

My tour with Joanna was great. She was able to pick me up at the port gate since I was nervous and traveling alone with crappy phone service. She tailored the tour to the mood of the day. Kept it casual, with great historical education, local wines and beautiful local venues. She definitely turned a sour day into a great one. I would highly recommend her especially if you are English or Spanish speaking. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring!
