We had such an amazing time on our private food tour with João! He showed us the perfect mix of classic Portuguese food, local spots, and cool neighborhoods—including Bairro Alto and some hidden gems we never would’ve found on our own. The food was delicious, and he gave us tons of great history and context along the way. João was super kind, funny, and easy to talk to—felt like exploring the city with a friend. He even gave us awesome recommendations for later that night and told us to text him anytime during our trip if we needed anything. Couldn’t recommend him more for a fun, laid-back, and really memorable experience in Lisbon!João is the best!!!!!

What a wonderful young man Joao is. Even though he had a serious family emergency, he took the time to come and greet me and make sure that I was OK. his dedication to his job is beyond compare and I am so very blessed to have met him. He found me a replacement in Mario and Bia and what a wonderful experience that was. They treated me like a friend and showed me places in the city that I would never have found by myself. We had a great tour with João and learned a lot about the history of Lisbon. Our tour was very customisable and was also avoiding all the crowded and touristy places.
