I was born in Toulouse, France, to Spanish parents from Seville, and grew up in Montreal, Canada. With over 30 years of experience in the fashion and film industries and a deep passion for photography, I invite you to explore Seville with me - my Seville, the one I grew up with, filled with the stories of my ancestors, grandparents, parents, and family.

I will take you beyond the typical tourist spots and guide you through my favorite neighborhoods, hidden alleys,markets, parks, and authentic local bars serving the best tapas and drinks. I can also provide personalized recommendations for food and places to visit after our tour ensuring you make the most of your stay.

And if you have teenagers or children, I am the perfect guide to entertain them and make their tour adapted to them.

We had such a happy fun tour with Jose. He was totally brilliant and took us to all the fun bars and restaurants, which weren't the usual tourist traps. He was so enthusiastic and fun and my teenage children really enjoyed his company. We walked over the bridge to Triana and he showed us the colourful buildings and the new and old architecture, the ceramic museum and local restaurants and tapas bars. He was so much fun and I would definitely recommend him to my friends. The tour with him was the highlight of our trip to Andalucia.A really fun tour of Seville.

The tour which Jose tailored for us was absolutely perfect in every aspect. He was flexible with the pick-up location, showed us beautiful parks, must-see highlights and hidden alleys. we wanted to do something out of the usual tours and Jose surely delivered that. We had a lovely horseride in the orange plantations outside seviĺla and later some tapas and drinks with Jose who is super friendly and knows everything about the city, the food, the customs like semana santa and he knows every stone in his neighborhood. This tour was the perfect start for our short trip to Sevilla! Jose Andres did a wonderful job of showing us around around town and treating us to a huge number of culinary highlights. We started out in Triana and made our way across the bridge for the full Sevilla experience. The mix between learning about the city’s history and at the same time getting to taste the local cuisine was just what we were hoping for. Jose was such an incredible host! He not only introduced us to local dishes and drinks in traditional bars and restaurants, he also gave us plenty of recommendations for the rest of our trip. After walking around town for almost 4 hours, we were a little tipsy and our bellies and hearts were full. Just perfect! That’s what a 10/10 looks like! Muchas gracias, Jose!Sevilla Snack Attack!

Had such a brilliant time with Jose wandering the streets of Seville eating and drinking delicious things. He picked us up from our accommodation (even though it was off the beaten track) and pointed out places to eat, shop, drink and sightsee in the area, and helped us plan our stay. We had great fun eating and drinking in the old town, trying lots of delicious tapas, beer and wines. He’s hugely passionate about food and drink and really knows some of the best local places to eat as well as everyone in them. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough! Definitely worth doing at the start of your stay so he can give you loads of advice about what to do on your trip. He’s a lovely warm, entertaining host and brilliant company. Thanks again, Jose, had a fabulous time. My parents were right!Fantastic food tour

We had a great tour today with José. He took us to a very local small restaurant where we had amazing tapas and wonderful local wine. Thenwe went horse riding on the beautiful Andalusia horses .. fantastic afternoon .. José was super friendly. I would highly recommend his tours Fabulous afternoon

We found Jose’s reviews on the website and thought he was a good fit for what we were after - a fun local food tour. He far exceeded our expectations! He was a great local tour guide, amazing fun to be around, incredibly warm and friendly, and took us to great local food places. We had a an amazing time with him. Au début, nous étions un peu déçu car la température avait été difficile depuis notre arrivée à Seville et que notre visite avec Jose Andre était prévue un jour de pluie. Cependant, José s’est montré extrêmement agréable et proactif lorsqu’il nous a proposé de bloquer un autre jour dans son calendrier pour nous accommoder. Le jour de notre rencontre nous avons ri et nous sommes tellement amusés avec José! Il était très compétent et a ajusté les plans en fonction de nos préférences et besoins. À la prochaine José, on espère se revoir à Seville ou bien au Québec 😜 merci !La journée parfaite à Seville!
