"Hi, glad to meet you, my name is Alfredo R. , I am from Lima city, I live there and I work as a Licensed Tour Guide, Transfer Person and Tour Conductor for over 14 years.

Finishing my studies in a local institute, I worked as Tour Guide in Lima city when I received some offers for working as Guide, Transfer Person and Tour Conductor out from my city: Puno, Cusco cities (peruvian Southern highlands) and Bolivia, and then, Chiclayo, Trujillo, Chachapoyas, Cajamarca and Piura cities (peruvian Northern coast and highlands).

Thanks to my experience, sometimes I am a Tour Advisor making tour programs and I can guide in different places talking about many themes.

I have the costume to take objects to the tours to make you feel the peruvian History of the ancient cultures.

Alfredo did a great job of teaching us the history of not only the Barranco neighborhood we were touring but he also helped us understand Peruvian history. We told him we wanted to shop so he took us to some amazing artisan shops and so patiently waited for 3 women with very different tastes to make their purchases. Our tour was meant to be 2hrs but Alfredo so generously gave us more of his time and wisdom. We even gained access to a couple of closed sites because of Alfredo’s relationship with the proprietors. The tour was enlightening, inspiring and really fun. What a generous guide!

We loved our walking tour with Alfredo! He was very knowledable about tge country and the community. He showed us many murals and knew details of the artists and the subjects of the art. He answered questions about architecture and trees. It was wonderful. I would recommend him.Lovely walking tour

We had a wonderful city tour of Lima with Alfredo yesterday. He meet us promptly at the meeting spot and for three hours filled the time with knowledgeable and interesting information of the city, showing us beautiful buildings and interesting architecture throughout the tour. Alfredo is passioned by Peruvian culture and he can show that. He showed us the center of Lima and told us about its history. When going back to the hotel, he helped us with the taxi ride because we didn't have paper money and we didn't know taxis didn't accept credit card. He is a very kind guy.Passioned for Culture

We had a 10 hour layover at the Lima airport and thought it would be fun to see the city of Lima instead of sitting at the airport all day. Alfredo was kind enough to arrange for us to be picked up and dropped off at the airport which was a big plus. We enjoyed seeing the city of Lima through Alfredo's eyes. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out things we never would have noticed. His English was very good and easy to understand. If planning to go to Lima, we would definitely steer you his way. Alfredo was a pleasure to journey with through Lima. He was friendly, knowledgeable , and his English was very good. We could not see everything he wanted to show us due to time restrictions but we did get a feel for the city. Thanks Alfredo !Nice overview of the city.
