Hi there! Nice to meet you

Juana

I am Juana Mariño, I live in this territory 2600 meters above sea level. In a savannah that is part of the great Andes mountain range. I have lived on the outskirts of Bogotá and for many years I have lived in Chapinero, the great heart of the city. I am a designer and communicator, I worked for many years interviewing musicians for different media. I dedicate myself to painting patterns on multiple murals and in recent years I have been working in museography in exhibitions such as Brian Eno and Patti Smith for Bogotá. I also spent last year directing and curating an exhibition about Bogotá in the 90s called Bogotá Semilla. I am passionate about history, geography and the ancestral cultures that are manifested everywhere in this sacred territory, Bakatá.

Last week we were fortunate to take a private walking tour of the "hidden gems" of Bogota with Juana - loved the tour, loved Juana! The first hour of our tour it was pouring raining but she had a smile on her face and off we went! Juana's English is excellent and she is so knowledgeable about the history and sites of Bogota. Can't recommend this tour with her enough. We feel like we made a new friend. BEST TOUR GUIDE IN BOGOTA!!
