I was born and raised in Medellin, the city of eternal spring. I moved to Madrid after finishing my media and journalism studies and almost immediately fell in love with it. Its incredible cultural mixture and mild weather have both captivated and encouraged me to settle down.

I love expressing myself through dance, especially afro-latin rhythms, which I combine with my other passion: Dj'ing. Through this, I can keep in contact with my roots, while sharing it with the world.

Julio gave us a wonderful tour around Madrid. He is a great guide - knowledgeable, entertaining and resourceful. Julio has so much information about history, cultural and everyday life of Madrid but he managed to keep it entertaining with the right amount of facts and dates. Julio ticks all the boxes for a good and friendly guide. He is extremely passionate and enjoys his work. He was patient and spend time to give us an overview of the neighbourhood of Madrid. Then he walked us through the Madrid old town and explained to us the significance of each Madrid attraction. I highly recommend Julio. He is friendly and a fantastic guy tp hang out with.Passionate and Friendly

Great introduction to Madrid, and lovely walk despite a bit of wind and rain. Kids loved learning facts about Spanish history from Julio Cesar. Great walk around Madrid!

Julio Cesar was great. He gave us a nice overview and walking tour of the city center. He also provided a helpful map with some places in the city we couldn’t miss. He was also very knowledgeable about local markets and places that would interest our 8 year old son. Would definitely recommend Julio Cesar for anyone looking for an overview of Madrid when they arrive to this bustling city. Family friendly!

Our family of 7 -3 teen/preteen girls, parents, and grandparents had the time of our life with Julio! He picked up on our level of curiosity and humor right away and engaged us all in the perfect combination of history & local lore. His energy and passion were contagious and even after 20 hours of travel without sleep we & the girls went from dragging a bit to hanging on to his every word. His English is excellent and encouraged the girls to try their limited Spanish. Julio is ‘a people person’ and knew instinctively how to connect with each one of us individually and as group as well as how to tailor the tour to our interests. All with humor and spunk!. Lucky us - a perfect introduction to Madrid. Our time with Julio will be one of the best memories of our 9 days in Spain. Julio is amazing!

Die super sympathische Führung mit viel Hintergrundwissen von Julio César verging wie im Flug. Viele seiner Tipps zu Märkten und Ausstellungen hatten wir dann im Anschluss der Tour auf eigene Faust unternommen. Er hatte uns sogar noch im Nachhinein Links zu Veranstaltungen und weitere Tipps geschickt. VIELEN DANK für so viel Engagement...wir hatten viel Spaß mit dir!Sachkundig, kurzweilig, sympathisch!

We had a fantastic time on our tour with Julio. He is very friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable. He gave us a great overview of the city, an we learned a lot about history. He pointed out many hidden gems in the city that we would otherwise not have noticed had we only used a book as our guide. He gave us many suggestions for other parts of the city to explore on our own. Our teenage son also had a great time. Wonderful, energetic tour with Julio

I couldn't recommend Julio enough. He was so personable it made the whole experience really comfortable. He started out with giving us a map and circled the different neighborhoods so that we were comfortable and had a good baseline understanding of the city which was really nice to orient ourselves. He was so knowledgeable and showed us really fun things about the city. Knew a lot about history but didn't make it complicated. Things I would never have known. I would highly recommend. Our tour did not come with a snack or drink but was supposed to? Otherwise it was perfect!Personable and so knowledgeable!
