I enjoy traveling and making friends from all over the world.I've been to Turkey to pick hazelnuts, and Romania to witness historic convents with my Turkish and Romanian friends. And my friends in Inner Mongolia showed me awesome yurts. Their hospitality made my trips comfortable and unforgettable Besides, I also appreciate the new friends I made on the way. Whether they are fellow travelers on the train or locals sharing a laugh at a cafe, these unexpected but sweet friendship make each trip so unique. I sometimes can't help but think we must be connected in our last lives.

As someone deeply rooted in this community, I've had the pleasure of befriending many of the shop owners and residents. I hope you have the opportunity to meet some of the kind and interesting people who make this neighborhood so special, and of course, to savor the delicious local cuisine.

I enjoyed a great 3 hours with June...she is highly informed and provides an intelligent, warm insight not only to the foods of Taiwan, but also it's culture and history, so closely entwined w China and Japan it is fascinating and she tells it do well. I cannot recommend her enough!An inspiring insight to Taiwanese food

June was an excellent guide. She provided fantastic insight into Taiwanese history and its connection to food. Interacting with local vendors at the market was a wonderful experience. Everything about this tour was better than imagined. Communication was excellent. Tour was excellent. June’s after tour suggestions were excellent. Definitely a highlight of our trip and would recommend to all. Awesome experience!

My husband and I enjoyed thoroughly our food tour in Dongmen with June even though the weather was not the best. Her insights and knowledge of the local street food and her personal experiences with the local vendors made her a great guide in introducing us good and properly prepared foods. She went the extra mile to find the foods that I craved for and her service was superb! The 3 hours just passed without realizing it as we were having a great time. Fantastic food tour with a local !

June was delightful, and created a delightful experience for our family. We did this experience as a family, including my 11, 9, and 8 year old children. June won them over right away, and engaged them so well throughout the tour. Among our favorite foods was a kind of local, Taiwanese burrito...we went back to get it again the next morning because it was so good! Delightful!

We had the best experience with June in Taipei, and got to try so many foods! We had already been in Taiwan for a week and tried our best to sample as many local foods as possible, but June managed to provide us with some new ones. She toured us around the Yong Kang area and we got to visit many local businesses and eateries, including the best onion pancakes of our trip. She had such insightful commentary on the city and Taiwan as a whole, and we learned so much about Taiwanese culture. Thank you June for an incredible experience!The Best Taipei Food Tour

Wow! So much fun with June. Great food, but even better personality and knowledge of Taipei. Went to places we wouldn't have on our own which really enhanced our trip. Totally worth the money and time. Just do it!Just do it!
