I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Withlocals. I had booked the "10 Tastes of London" tour well in advance, looking forward to a unique culinary exploration of the city. Unfortunately, our tour guide did not show up and did not bother to call or notify us. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a service that requires careful planning and anticipation. I hope Withlocals takes steps to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future.We got stood up. No show - no call

We were a group of 4 adults and 1 - 7 year old child on a food tour with Leonardo. We had varied and excellent tastings and ended the tour being very full. Leonardo was not only very informative with respect to the food but also about historical points in London and very knowledgeable about the royal family. He make the tour interesting for the child as well as the adults. He is an excellent guide and we all highly recommend him.Awesome Tour.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of having Leonardo as our tour guide around London. We took a family friendly tour & he was prepared with little informational packets and activities with goodies for the children to use after the tour. Leonardo showed us the highlights in London and we even had time to stop at the Princess Diana Memorial Playground for the kids to run and play. He was very patient as we toured at the pace of the kids, but covered a lot of ground. We’d highly recommend booking Leonardo for your next tour of London. He was a wealth of information!!Such a lovely day!!!

We were thankful to have Leonardo as our guide!! He is VERY knowledgeable not only of locations, but more importantly history. Leonardo was patient with us as we were late meeting and quick to communicate with us. Every place we went, He was able to give background and historical insight. We had a wonderful time doing the Kids Royal Tour with Leonardo. We learned so much and he was so kind with my son. Even gave him a birthday card. He also was super flexible with time. We recommend touring with him. Super Friendly and knowledgable!

Leonardo is Italian, but he loves London, and his passion shows through. He took us on a tour or the area around London Bridge, the Borough Market, and along the Thames river. He is very knowledgeable but he was quick at discerning what was interesting for us, and made the whole three hours very enjoyable. Looking at London and its food, from an objective (Italian) standpoint, was wonderful. I thought British food would be boring but the tour selects out the best of quintessentially British items to try. Thankfully, there was no blood sausage and no haggis. For the food alone, its value for money. Leonardo's observations make for a great tour. We walked about 4km during the afternoon, all flat.London 10 tastings food tour

We recently took a royal private tour. Leonardo met us on time and was very welcoming. He brought personalised activity packs for the girls which they loved. Leonardo was very knowledgable on the monarchy and very helpful. We would certainly take the tour again on another day out in London. We walked miles and saw so many local sights that we would never have seen without our guide. Thankyou so much leonardo we had a great time and the children slept well that night!!London's must do royal family friendly tour
