The guide we booked with was not the one who led our tour. Our guide was friendly and had interesting stories about a few specific locations near the main tourist attractions. She gave us a general overview of the different religious groups who have controlled Sevilla. However, she did not offer much in-depth knowledge or local perspective. She couldn’t answer some of our basic questions and the boat ride was somewhat underwhelming. Walking Around Seville

Because we wanted our walking tour on a date that happened to be Lola’s wedding day, Lola kindly arranged for Miguel and Mina to lead our large group of 30. We had a fantastic time exploring the hidden gems of Seville. Lola was a pleasure to communicate with, and Manuel and Mina were fabulous guides. We had a delightful visit in Seville and thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Maya who brought us down the backstreets of this beautiful city telling us some of the lesser known tales of its past. She was friendly, interesting and fun and we would not hesitate to recommend her to others. Thank you also for being so flexible about our time. As it turned out we lost the rugby match but your beautiful city made up for that! :-) Orla, Fiona & GerardA real local twist!

We had an amazing time! Lola our scheduled guide needed to substitute Chris and the tour was everything we could have asked for. Chris spoke excellent English, gave us fun interesting facts about every monument and building and neighborhood we toured and she was sure to get it all in in time to make the scheduled boat ride at the end of the tour. This tour was not done by Lola! No explanation given as to why not. Instead Christina . I didn’t know what to expect however we were booked for 3 hours and including the 1 hour boat trip it lasted 21/2 hours. We were told the history but it all felt rushed.Monuments of Seville

This tour surpassed my expectations. Chris is very knowledgeable about the history of Seville and history in general, and so we were able to talk about parallels between delivered historical accounts and GoT. Moreover, Chris explained a lot about the art and architecture of the palace through the different centuries and how things evolved. Added to this, Chris shares a lot of the stories and accounts of the kings that occupied the palace and their legacies. Overall there is a wealth of information shared during this tour.Information-dense tour

Booked a month out for walking tour and Alcázar of Seville. The day before Lola tells us there are no tickets for Alcázar. We check on line and there are all kinds of tickets for same day next day etc. She offers us a shorter tour of everything else we were supposed to see. I say ok we’ll go to the Alcázar ourselves in the morning. Asked if we get a discount since what I paid for is not what we’re getting. Lola says yes of course, she’ll make a new booking for us. So I pay for the new booking. Pay to go into Alcázar. And am waiting to see refund for original booking. Now we find out Lola won’t be taking us. Instead it’s her partner Cris. Seems to me something better came along for Lola which is why I title this shuffled off. Cris was very nice by the way and tried hard so I recommend her highly. Anyway after 5 days I send an email to find out where my refund is. It comes shortly after but they refunded the second trip which was only 2/3 the price of the original booking. So I paid for a full trip and bought my own two tickets for the Alcázar. I don’t feel like fighting with them anymore but I have definitely been ripped off. I doubt this would be everyone’s experience but it was mine and I hope it doesn’t happen to others. If you have other options I’d look into themShuffled off
