Louis has a warm personality and is passionate about Paris! His knowledge made this tour unforgettable; and I am still processing the fascinating historical information he shared. He gave us a lot of historical and cultural information and was happy to answer questions, even on a cold and windy day. He took into account the rawness of the day and included stops at confectionaries and cafes for us to warm up and try local sweets. I truly enjoyed walking through Paris with Louis and I couldn't have asked for a better guide, thank you!Outstanding Tour Guide

Louis was a perfect guide for our walking tour. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and we covered a huge range of topics from current affairs, architecture, philosophy, food and culture. And such a good host. We had great fun popping into shops to sample and buy. And the entire tour was bespoke. Louis took great care and attention to plan and show us the parts of Paris we were interested in. Thanks so much! Incredibly thoughtful guide to Paris!

Wandering the streets of Paris with Louis on our 5 hour walking tour was excellent. Louis engaged with everyone in our group. The pace of the tour allowed us to stop and capture plenty of photos. We enjoyed a delicious sweet treat at one of Louis favourite spots. He shared many stories of Paris’ history past and present. We visited districts of Paris we would not have thought to go. We would highly recommend a day out with Louis when in Paris. A Day with Louis

My tour with Louis exceeded my expectations. Not only does he have a wealth of knowledge, but he is able to present it in an interesting and entertaining way. He’s got a great personality and is easy to understand. I really appreciated his flexibility and was comfortable asking him many questions. Louis is familiar with the nooks and crannies of the area that I certainly would not have found in my own. I highly recommend Louis!!What a great afternoon!!

I often use this app for tours around the world, Louis is a super knowledgeable dude, from a very specific community here in France. This would be one of the best. Super interesting to hear his views on the current political climate in France as well as the very intense history of the revolution. Not to mention Louis's family connections to history. It's a long walk but super varied with interesting stops, stores, candy/baked goods and even a spice store. I would definitely recommend if history is your thing, not to mention candid open opinions and stories. History, interests & sweet goods!

Louis is an incredible tour guide loaded with information from history to food—restaurants, chocolate, patisseries and more! Every step of our 2+ hour tour was filled with knowledge Louis conveyed to us in a way that we were anxious to hear more and more! Lots of energy, polite, friendly—Louis is THE tour guide you will want to use in Paris!!Louis is a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10!!

Louis was especially interesting in telling us about the many French revolutions. He was also very accommodating when we had to keep changing the schedule.French revolutions!

We enjoyed our tour with Louis who was enthusiastic taking us through the Latin Quarter and telling us little stories. We stopped for a lovely ice cream which was a very good shout and he also recommended a few more places. We definitely would recommend Louis and the withlocals.com service.Informative tour off the beaten track
