Luana Puccini conducted a private half-day tour of Ravenna for my wife and me. She put together a fantastic itinerary that lead us to the highlights of the town. She advised us on which train to take from Bologna to meet her in Ravenna and she met us at the train station and walked with us to the medieval center. Her knowledge and expertise was in great depth. She arranged a lunch for us at a local hotspot where we were able to have local cuisine specialties. We also enjoyed exchanging stories about our countries and culture with each other. Luana was communicative before the tour and super helpful. We met her at Ravenna station and she was incredibly knowledgeable. Luana was very informative about the historical buildings we visited. She was also passionate about Bologna and shared her enthusiasm with us. Her English is also excellent. The title says it all. Luana was knowledgeable, intelligent, thoughtful and sensitive to our needs. But for the extreme heat we could have spent much longer exploring Ravenna's magnificent cultural heritage. Luana freely gave of her expertise and welcomed questions, of which we had many. As a bonus we had the opportunity to enjoy some typical Ravenna food. 10 out of 10.A richly rewarding day

Luana showed us around both Ravenna and Bologna and was a great guide to both cities. She has a deep knowledge of the art, architecture and history of the region and really helped us to understand and appreciate the many remarkable historical sites we visited. We thought this was a great tour. We have done quite a few guided tours and this was a very strong one. The UNESCO-designated sites in Ravenna are really interesting and Luana was a terrific guide. She is very knowledgeable about the history and the art, and she was great company. In addition to showing us around the sites and giving us helpful context and background, she arranged for us to get lunch at a terrific restaurant. Overall, it was a delightful day.Fantastic Tour
