Luca tailored his guiding of our group to our interests and food preferences starting with Expresso and ending with gelato. In between was the best pizza I have ever tasted, fresh squeezed oj, and a whole meal. The markets were a wonder. Luca also gave us some good tips for our plans on the next day. Luca was a great guide who really took us through the historical sites while providing current political context around each of the streets and neighborhoods we visited. Additionally, he pointed out the cool stores, bars and cafes were musts and took us to get the best (and coolest) spot for canolli! Local History With Canolli!

Luca tailored a thoughtful tour for me in the city of Palermo. He was courteous, prompt and very knowledgeable. It was great to have a guide who grew up in this colorful and storied place who lovingly and critically spoke about the past, present and future of each landmark and noteable place that we walked. He also gave me a great sense of the local flavors and when we stopped for fresh juice in the market and pastry at the convent! Luca is kind, professional and smart. We arrived from a 9hr flight from New Jersey to Sicily and hit the ground running with a tasting walking tour. Luca was amazing, starting at one of the oldest and most famous food markets, he tailored the trip to our liking and meandered through the streets and hitting then major parts of the city. We ended up walking all over the city (so be ready for that) and he pointed out other places he has lived and enjoys to socialize at. Luca was a true local and enjoyed showing us his city.
