Each prefecture in Japan has its own unique dishes, and Aichi prefecture, where the city of Nagoya is located, is not different. In Nagoya you'll find "kishimen", a type of noodle that can only be found in the city, and "hitsumaushi", a unique and very tasty dish with eel.

Nagoya also has beautiful temples and shrines, the most famous one being the Atsuta shrine. And for those visiting the city, Nagoya Castle is a very beautiful place to visit, it feels like stepping back in time.
