Luciana was a great guide to the V & A! She was so informative, covering everything from architecture to deep knowledge of every exhibit and its connection to British history. Luciana was an amazing guide, who truly shared the hidden gems of the West End with us. From Harry Potter experience moments, to great shopping at Liberty and all points of interests in between, she showed us a side of the city we never would have found on our own. Our walking tour ended with a surprise visit to the National Portrait Gallery (a must see) and tips on other things to do and restaurants to visit throughout our stay. My wife and I were delighted with our recent Mayfair Hidden Gems Walk led by Luciana. From the start, Luciana was warm, engaging, and impressively knowledgeable. It felt less like a tour and more like a stroll through London with a dear friend who knows the city inside and out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, Luciana was knowledgeable and interesting. While the museum is HUGE, she was able to provide an overview that gave us a feeling of more than just skimming the surface. And afterwards, she was kind enough to email us a list of items that we saw and even some restaurant recommendations. I could not rate Luciana more highly!Luciana was terrific!!
