I’ve hired a dozen With Local guides in the past and NO ONE has ever come close to the conscientious pre-planning and customization Luciana provided! Not that the others were bad—they weren’t—it’s just that Luciana is that good at designing a tour that perfectly addresses the interests and needs of her guests! She does her homework and delivers! Luciana sets the bar for excellence!

My wife and I had the good fortune to book a tour with Luciana while visiting London for the first time. The experience was wonderful. She introduced us to her city and showed us many of the iconic sites and hidden gems of the area. Her knowledge and personality were perfect. She receives our highest recommendation. Luciana is one of the best Withlocals guides we have had. She is very conscientious and adjusts the tour to your interests. We went on her Unique Mayfair Hidden Gems Walk. It is an area of London we would not have seen otherwise and now wish to revisit. Many great and interesting sites including the experiences of shopping in very unique stores and shops. Luciana is very knowledgeable and a delight to spend 3 hours with. I highly recommend her and this tour.Luciana's Mayfair Walk is great!

Luciana was personable and enthusiastic. She looked for our input repeatedly to be sure that she was exposing things on the tour we wanted to see. She brought us to sites we would not otherwise have found and gave excellent advice on things we should do and see during the remainder of our London visit (we toured with her the second day of ten). She also had good advice on dining and pubs. After the tour she forwarded by email a list of her suggestions so we didn't have to take notes on everything she said while walking with her. My only suggestion for improvement would be to pay a bit more attention to making sure all four of us were within earshot while talking; with street noise and being separated by crowded sidewalks, we sometimes missed some of what she was saying.West end tour

Luciana's passion for London and beauty make this a fantastic tour. She provides the historical context (of which there is a lot), but also the beautiful gardens, excellent food, and quiet streets creating an incredible three hours!London is beautiful

My daughter and I had the most wonderful experience with Luciana. I booked a private walking tour of Covent Garden, Seven Dials and Soho with Luciano, asking her to specifically focus on an exploration of vintage / thrift clothing shops and vinyl records. These two areas are of great interest to my daughter and the trip to London from South Africa was her 18th birthday present! From the moment, Luciana and I started chatting, she was helpful and professional. When we met her for the tour, she was absolutely charming and so knowledgeable about the areas - history and landmarks. Luciana was a wonderful guide and did not disappoint in showing my daughter some of the most wonderful shops - in fact we ran out of time because my daughter tried on so many clothes!! Luciana was so helpful and patient with her. She also gave us some fantastic restaurant and other recommendations. I would not hesitate to book Luciana again, and I could not recommend her services more. Thank you Luciana for helping to make my daughter's birthday as magical as it was. Highly Recommend

Luciana clearly has a passion for the V&A and her expert knowledge made our visit so much more interesting. She tailored some of the tour based on our interests and never made us feel rushed. We'll be back! And would definitely recommend Luciana as a guide. Absolutely fabulous guide
