My husband and I spent three wonderful hours with Luciana yesterday at the Victoria and Albert museum in London. We were so impressed by Luciana’s incredible knowledge of this large museum. She clearly explained the history of the museum, of the pieces in the museum and shared her personal favorites. Luciana was kind, well spoken and smart. We have used With Locals many times and I think she was one of the best guides. We highly recommend.Excellent Guide for V&A

We had a wonderful morning with Luciana. She asked beforehand our shopping preferences so that she could customize the locations and we met near bond street. My wife was certain that we never would have found the shops we did in the limited time we had if we had not booked this tour. Luciana was very knowledgeable and pleasant to be with. I had the wonderful experience of spending four hours with Luciana on her custom London shopping tour. Spending this time with Luciana was like shopping with a good friend. The tour was excellent and customized for me. Not only did we shop in some wonderful independent stores, but also visited the amazing Liberty, some beautiful art installations and a serene meditative garden. I can’t say enough about our wonderful day with Luciana. She’s lovely, knowledgeable, generous and passionate about the experiences she plans for her guests. We toured the V&A Museum with her, and her absolute love for the museum was evident every step of the way. Her knowledge and appreciation for the amazing collections throughout the museum made it just come alive for us! It is an extremely large museum, and having Luciana guide us through and connect the history with the exhibits kept us engaged and entertained the whole time. We highly recommend her - she does lots of tours in London (not just V&A). We can’t wait to go back to London and book her again for another fabulous experience. Thank you Luciana! I enjoyed a wonderful tour of Mayfair with Luciana at the end of August. Luciana seamlessly adapted the tour to match my interests in London’s history, particularly the changes during the imperial era and industrialization. We covered the main sights, and Luciana shared fascinating insights about the buildings, the people who lived in them, and the neighborhoods we explored. We also spent a significant amount of time discussing social issues and the class structure that existed under the English nobility. Originally from Argentina, Luciana brings a unique outsider’s perspective while having lived and studied in London long enough to be deeply immersed in its culture. She has a refined understanding of fashion—both how it was practiced 150 years ago among the nobility and today’s trends. As a fashion designer, she offers an insider’s view of how fashion is created and how it evolves with social change. Luciana is personable, soft-spoken, and has an engaging smile. Luciana was excellent. 'Hidden Gems of Mayfair' did not disappoint. Luciana was very knowledgeable, friendly and interesting. Chatting effortlessly about shops, history, architecture, royal family etc. I also asked Luciana for recommendations for lunch. We ate at a wonderful restaurant and I am pleased to say that Luciana joined us for a well deserved gin and tonic. A memorable and informative morning. Thank you.Tremendous three hours in London
