Hello, everyone! I'm Lucy, and I'm happy to share a bit about myself with you. Originally hailing from the south of France, my life's journey has woven through the landscapes of both France and Germany, primarily within the realm of fashion and costume design.

My heart, however, found its home in the enchanting city of Kanazawa when my husband's career led us here in 2019. Since then, this city has not only become my adopted home, but it's a place I've grown to adore.

Now, guiding has become a source of immense joy for me. I cherish the opportunity to meet people from all corners of the world, sharing my knowledge about this incredible city and its cultural tapestry.

Beyond the guided tours, my free time is often spent in exploration. Whether uncovering hidden gems in the surroundings or immersing myself in the world of pottery, crafts or hiking.

I'm here not just to guide but also to connect, learn, and share the beauty I've discovered in Kanazawa.

Auf einer dreistündigen Tour durch Kanazawa hat uns Lucy ihre Stadt näher gebracht und uns tief eintauchen lassen. Sie wusste vieles über Vergangenheit und Geschichte zu erzählen, und wir (Kinder & Erwachsene) konnten alle unsere Fragen stellen. Wie war das mit dem Shogun, den Samurais und dem Kaiser? Auf welcher Seite läuft man und warum? Wie lebt es sich in Japan, wenn man nicht Tourist ist? Lucy teilte ihre Erfahrungen und ihr Wissen mit uns - alles durch die Augen einer neugierigen und offenen Europäerin und mit viel Wertschätzung der japanischen Kultur gegenüber. Sehr empfehlenswert. Lucy is a personable and knowledgeable guide. Adaptable to our needs, she showed us besutidul gardens, crafts and culture the artisans and workshoos we visited, pottery, confectionery shop and molds, gold leaf were fascinating. Thank you Lucy for a delightful morning!Perfect day in Kanasawa!

Lucy gave us a great guide to the Samurai and Geisha areas..she is not only gave us the history and customs of these areas but we had really good wide ranging discussion about Japanese society as well . Great guide

Wir hatten heute eine fantastische Tour mit Lucy durch Kanazawa und haben die gemeinsame Zeit voller Erzählungen über die Stadt, die Geschichte, über Land und Leute sehr genossen. Wir sahen die Highlights von Kanazawa, aßen mittags sehr lecker abseits der Touristen und ließen uns das „ goldige Eis“ schmecken. „Danke“ , liebe Lucy für diesen wundervollen Tag! Absoluter Top-Ausflug mit Lucy zu sechst im Rahmen unserer Kreuzfahrt. Sehr netter Kontakt vorab über WhatsApp. Wir konnten die Tour im Vorfeld individuell abstimmen, sind zu Fuss gelaufen, man hätte aber auch Teile mit dem ÖPNV zurücklegen können. Lucy hat uns alles super erklärt und uns 'ihr' Kanazawa näher gebracht. Wir haben sehr viel gesehen und erfahren. Kanazawa ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Lucys Tour war ihren Preis absolut wert, kann man nur empfehlen Ein Tag in Kanazawa

Trotz gebuchter „food tour“ haben wir zusätzlich jede Menge Informationen über Kanazawa erhalten. Wir haben nach einer privaten und individuellen Tour gesucht, die sich von der klassischen Touristenmassenabfertigung unterscheidet und genau das erhalten! individuelle Tour
