Maja couldn't make the tour and found us the replacement guide. Maja communicated efficiently and answered all my questions while she took care of the replacement. Our walking tour of Florence with the replacement guide was good overall. The guide communicated efficiently, was punctual, flexible, easy going. Perfect English, no issues with that at all. It just the overall experience with the booking and changes left some disappointment. We never met Maja

Die Tour hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Maja hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben uns ihre Heimat nahe zu bringen und hatte auch auf jede Frage eine individuelle Antwort. Wir können einen Tag mit ihr nur wärmstens empfehlen:-) Schöne Zeit in Florenz

My wife and I met up with Maja in the morning at a square and strolled around Florence like friends on a walk. We had specified we did not need her to guide us thru museums and such, just the streets and the history. The morning was a delight and Maja was open to any possibility. Perfect morning in Florence

Kurz nach unserer Ankunft hat uns Maja auf einen spannenden Stadtrundgang mitgenommen. Wir wurden zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten geführt und erhielten dort spannende Informationen, welche in keinem Reiseführer zu finden sind. Neben den profunden kunsthistorischen Kenntnisse von Maja hat uns auch ihre aufgestellte und sympathische Art überzeugt.Kompetent und sympathisch!

Alora, Maja knows how to navigate the crowds and made our tour of the Uffizi entertaining and engaging! We asked lots of questions and she knew all the answers. Her trivia added to making the tour even more fun! Highly recommend!Helped us Navigate a very crowded Uffizi!
