Maja was on time. She gave a thorough tour of the Uffizzi gallery. I was able to see all the famous paintings such as Birth of Venus, Baptism of Christ, etc. and learn the history of behind each painting. Highly recommend.Excellent tour guide

Maja couldn't make the tour and found us the replacement guide. Maja communicated efficiently and answered all my questions while she took care of the replacement. Our walking tour of Florence with the replacement guide was good overall. The guide communicated efficiently, was punctual, flexible, easy going. Perfect English, no issues with that at all. It just the overall experience with the booking and changes left some disappointment. We never met Maja
