As a resident of Athens, I know every little corner of the city, all monuments, and the local culture.

I'm also a certified local guide in a Canadian company (Lokafy) and another swiss one (Localbini) since 2018 and I'm still active. I collaborate with them to receive hosts and show them the magic of Athens. So I've been hosting people from all over the world and obtained new friends and excellent feedback.

I speak 5 languages and my Greek level is intermediate. I can guide you through the ruins, museums, and restaurants for local traditional food and show you the best views of the city with historical information. I also can guide you through the most attractive Greek islands (like Santorini, Mykonos, Agistri, Paros....) We had the best time on this tour. Makram was so kind and so much fun. He showed us parts of Athens that we never would have found on our own. We had so many questions about the history and current events in Greece and he was super knowledgeable on everything so the conversation was great. Makram was absolutely fantastic! Took us to the seaside area and showed us around then went to some secret cool spots in town. Makram was absolutely the sweetest and very knowledgeable! Fun times!!

Makram was very sweet and enthusiastic to show us his city. He showed us some unique places that we would not have seen on our own (Snow White in the heart of Athens), a very delicious Greek restaurant with live music, a local bar, a restaurant with an amazing view and then took us to see the changing of the guard at Parliament. We hebben een erg goede tour gekregen van Makram. Hij kon ons veel vertellen over de geschiedenis en mythologie van de stad, maar ook wat er momenteel speelt. Hij liet ons verschillende ‘hidden gems’ zien en gaf ons tips over waar we goed konden eten / konden zien en doen. Hij paste ter plekke de tour aan, omdat we bepaalde plekken al gezien hadden.
