As a resident of Athens, I know every little corner of the city, all monuments, and the local culture.

I'm also a certified local guide in a Canadian company (Lokafy) and another swiss one (Localbini) since 2018 and I'm still active. I collaborate with them to receive hosts and show them the magic of Athens. So I've been hosting people from all over the world and obtained new friends and excellent feedback.

I speak 5 languages and my Greek level is intermediate. I can guide you through the ruins, museums, and restaurants for local traditional food and show you the best views of the city with historical information. I also can guide you through the most attractive Greek islands (like Santorini, Mykonos, Agistri, Paros....) I'm experienced enough to give you a good time/budget gesture for your tour so you can have maximum profit and site visits.

My husband and I had the most amazing day with Makram. He brought us to some really great places and we ate delicious food. We particularly loved his secret spot. Had a lovely tour with Makram! He truly went out of his way to make sure that we tasted some really good food. He also gave us a lot of information on the sights and attractions in Athens. We were able to see some interesting hidden gems that would have been missed without his guidance. Three of us took the food walking tour with Makram. He was engaging, gave us good information about areas to avoid at night, and had extensive knowledge of the history of Athens. My family did a food and drink tour with Makram! He made the tour fun and took us to places in Athens we would not have found on our own! I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the culture of Athens! He took us to a roof-top bar at sunset that was just stunning! He made our trip in Athens! Makram was fantastic!

We had a broad view at Athens from modern to ancient. Our host ( not guide) was very enthusiastic and tried to make our experience as joyful and informative as possible. We would have liked to see the museum and acropolis up close but were only made aware that guides ( registered archeologists) can take you, after we paid. Makram review
