Our guide Manuela - we cannot say enough praise for her!! Manu is the BEST!! She is so passionate and knowledgeable about the area and food. She guided us like we were good friends and allowed us to enjoy the amazing tastes of this area and teach us the history as well. Absolutely one of the best tours I have ever been on. Thanks so much for a fabulous week in Tuscany. Donna and I really enjoyed the week. We’ve visited Tuscany twice before and this was absolutely what we were hoping it would be. The wine makers, the cheese maker, the iris/olive oil farmer, and others were so passionate about what they do. It connected us to Italy. The accommodations were lovely. Old Italy, comforts of home, breathtaking views at every turn, quiet and peaceful. After a few days in Italy on our on, it was so relaxing to turn everything over to Untold Italy. The best part was Olivia and Manuela. What a team. Everything was organized, punctual and very relaxed. Olivia kept us informed, on time (in a calm and graceful manner), Manuela answered all my history questions (at length!!). Bravo for a job well done. Hope we are able to experience other regions of Italy with Untold Italy in the future. This trip was really an experience!No Title

My husband and I did this pasta-making class on the last night of our honeymoon in Rome, and it was truly the perfect cherry on top of an unforgettable trip. Manuela met us outside in a public space, which made it easy for everyone in the group to find her. She was incredibly friendly, personable, and fun from the very beginning, and immediately made us feel welcome. Once we arrived at the class space, Manuela introduced us to Chef Luca, who was equally warm and engaging. Together, they gave a great overview of what the next three hours would entail. Even though we’d taken pasta-making classes before, we learned new techniques and tips that we’re genuinely excited to try at home. What really stood out was the personal touch both Manuela and Chef Luca brought to the experience. They walked around the room throughout the class, checking in with each of us to make sure we were using the techniques correctly, offering helpful feedback, and giving extra tips to elevate our pasta. It felt like they truly cared about making the experience not just fun, but educational and memorable. We were lucky to be part of a great group that included other honeymooners—one couple had even gotten married on the same day as us! Group activities can sometimes be hit or miss while traveling, but this one was a definite hit. We’re so glad we chose this class. Loved this experience! Manuela was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and the food we ate, it was an eye opening experience and definitely helped us get more comfortable in the city, especially at night. The food we ate was spectacular, and was a very good quality. I would recommend this tour over some of the other tours because the price point is lower however you still get to try many of the same things. We’ve tried many of our guides recommendations and loved all of them!Amazing and worth it

I just returned from “Fall in Tuscany” and am already thinking about what to experience to next with Untold Italy. Our tour guide, Manuela, is an absolute gem - I cannot imagine how this experience could have been any better! Every day was a new adventure and the experiences were nothing we could have done on our own - a goat farm!, olive oil tasting, a cooking class, many wine tastings and amazing meals, and a special surprise on our final day in Montepulciano. Trying to keep this short as I could go on and on, but highly recommend and can’t wait for my next tour with Untold Italy.No Title

Where to begin! My aunt and I recently completed the Fall Tuscany Tour with Manuela (Manu). From the moment we met Manu and the other 8 delightful strangers (travel family), I knew we had picked right and were in for a very special experience. First Manu is absolutely everything you want in a tour guide. She is the cutest girl ever and has a joyful, kind, sweet, positive, fun spirit. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a unique way of making everyone feel special. We loved her!!! I could write a book about our tour of Tucsany, but I've never been much of a writer, lol. All I can say is that it was perfetta from beginning to end. Every day brought magical, pinch me moments, and a few even brought me to tears. Just a beautiful, unique, special experience.
