I was born in 1973 in a small town near the Dolomiti mountains in north of Italy. After a short but unforgettable experience in London (March-July 1996) where I worked at a Burger King, I started a long journey in Africa: started in Zimbabwe, then I went down to South Africa, then Namibia to finish in Malawi. After this experience that lasted almost 2 years I went back to Italy and moved to Rome where I found a gorgeous Canadian girlfriend that then became my wife. In 2001 we moved to Vancouver, Canada where we stayed until 2018. We are now living in Verona. The city of LOVE. The city that WE LOVE!!!

Our guide ,Manuel, was super accomodating, helpful and knowledgable and made us enjoy our day trip to Verona. The restaurant that he recommended for lunch, Trattoria Fluviale Vecio Mulin, was so good and tucked away, as only a local would know as it was what we wanted. We enjoyed the view of the river and the castle while enjoying the great food. Our trip to Verona is indeed made memorable with Manuel as our guide.In love with Verona

We met Manuel at the Porta Borsari and immediately felt welcome and at ease. He delighted us with facts about Verona, its history, lifestyle and customs. Our tour took us to the main attractions in the old part of the city and a wonderful selection of wines and tasty foods. Manuel was friendly and knowledgeable and even sent us recommendations for wineries and restaurants as we travel further into the Dolimites. We had a great time on this tour. Manuel was super informative and engaging. Each stop was filled with good food and rich history and I would highly recommend him as a guide. This tour felt like we were being taken around by a friend who wanted to show off a place he loved. Honestly wish we had more time and an emptier stomach to see more. Best way to start off a trip!

Manuel is so warm, so accommodating, so knowledgeable...sincere, fun, and kind. We are still messaging two days after the tour. He has recommended restaurants and activities - before and after the tour - in and out of Verona. He’s acted as a personal guide to us for much of our trip and helped to make it truly memorable.
