Spent a wonderful afternoon with Maria exploring the Gothic Quarter. She shared the rich history of the area, made sure we experienced the must see attractions, and showed us many hidden gems most do not see. We booked with Maria because she is a native of the city. She came prepared with maps, etc. to help us understand the ways Barcelona has grown and changed through its history. Maria had so much to share, but welcomed our questions. Our tour moved at a comfortable pace, and Maria gave us ideas to explore on our own later. This was a great way for us to be introduced to Barcelona!Great intro to the city; friendly guide!!

We made sure to book a tour for our first full day in Barcelona to better understand what we'd like to see and Maria was awesome. Our time with Maria was excellent. She took us around both old and new Barcelona and gave us a good overview of the city knowing we only had the one day there.
