We had an amazing tour of the Amalfi Coast with Mariagrazia! She navigated the traffic like a pro and took us to the most beautiful spots, including a perfect local place for lunch on the water. Her knowledge of the area made the experience even more special, and her fun, easygoing personality made her a joy to spend the day with. Having a local like Mariagrazia show us around was the best decision we made—highly recommend!Mariagrazia is the BEST!

Mariagrazia was very nice, but she was more a driver than a tour guide. This is what the itinerary said what was in store for us: Check out from viewpoints, nature, and cultural gems such as Villa Oplonti, Positano and Amalfi plus other stops your local host has prepared for you along the way. Unfortunately, the description did not match the actual tour. We had three stops and got back to Naples 45 minutes before the tour was to end. Stop 1 was to try fresh mozzarella and cheese. Loved this! Our next stop was Positano but it seemed like she really didn't want to be go there and she stayed in the car for the hour that we explored the seaside town. Then it was off to Amalfi where we ate lunch at her cousin's restaurant that has an incredible water view. It also was the most expensive restaurant we ate at during our entire trip. After our lunch we were told we could explore the town for an hour. Our tour guide stayed behind in the restaurant and we went out again on our own without a guide. Since we had paid for a tour guide, we did not research what to do in the towns because that is what a tour guide is for, right? We never visited Villa oplonti and the description of the tour states that tickets for Villa Oplontis are included. Just OK

We had one day to spend in the Amalfi region and visit Pompeii, and Mariagrazia crafted a highly tailored itinerary for us. The plan included a delightful boat ride along the coast, where we had the opportunity to swim. The entire day was exceptionally well organized. Thank you to Mariagrazia and the staff for this unforgettable experience.Highly recommended!

We had a great day. We didn’t have any previous ideas of what to see other than watching a TV show about the area. Mariagrazia knew the show and took us to places better than the show. She showed us Her Amalfi coast. Every where we went we got special treatment because we were with Mariagrazia. From flexible restaurant reservations to preferred water taxi’s. I highly recommend. Great trip to Amalfi Coast

We had a great time with Mariagrazia. Her communication was great prior to our day with her. She was also able to adjust the pickup spot to make it easier for us. While on our trip, she was awesome at pointing out history and local points of interest. She took us to a cheese factory and we were able to see mozzarella being made and we even were able to try the cheese right from the production line. You can’t get any fresher than that! She also took us to try some local sweets that were amazing. I could go on and on as we experienced much more than what I have noted, however, I wanted to at least call the places that we would have never experienced if we were a part of a big tour group. It was fun because she engaged all of us and had some fun conversations with our kids and our youngest about video games. This was our third time using With Locals and it did not disappoint. It is so much better as Mariagrazia didn’t take the “normal” tourist route which would have added a lot of driving time and less time experiencing the local culture. We cannot recommend her enough as we had a great day with her! Fun experience seeing the Amalfi coast

Mariagrazia was great. She had excellent time management and was flexible with our needs. The only reason I’m choosing 9/10 is because she was on the phone a lot. Mariagrazia had some interesting takes on Italian culture and let us indulge in some delicious local favorites.Knowledgeable native

Mariagrazia did a wonderful job driving us up and down the coast! She picked us up at our hotel in Sorrento and drove us to Positano, Amafi and Ravello. She is very knowledgeable, sharing history, culture and fun facts about each city. She gave us time to wander in Positano and Ravello. We stopped at a lovely pottery store and had lunch at a friend's restaurant. We didn't really have anything specific we were wanting to see or do, but I know she will customize for you if you have something in mind. I'm so glad she was driving-the roads/drivers are crazy compared to in the US. Would highly recommend Mariagrazia as a guide!Awesome day exploring the Amalfi Coast!
