By the way, all my interests (art, design, cooking, etc.) are tightly related to my town that is the best "land" where I can "cultivate" them. We had a great couple of hours with Massimo in his lovely home, learning to prepare three of the five classic Roman pasta sauces (and of course eating the results!). Despite already considering ourselves decent cooks, we learned a lot of great tips about making our recipes authentic. Our two girls (14 & 8) really enjoyed it, and Massimo did a brilliant job of including them. Overall, a fantastic experience, a great thing to do with kids in Rome. Highly recommended. And thanks for the Gelato recommendation to Massimo - it was delicious!Fantastic Roman experience

Walking the streets of Rome with Massimo was a delight! He shared his favorite food locales and treats with us, all the while providing us great background and history of his amazing city. He was so easy to talk to and tour with. Can’t imagine a better way to start off our time in Rome! Street food tour did not disappoint!

Would definitely recommend. Massimo shares a lot of his experience and knowledge about roman/Italian culinary history. Very friendly and great workshop, we will be able to make pasta at home!Very nice local experience

We booked a cooking experience with Massimo and it was fantastic. I asked for a few extras and he was able to accommodate all our needs. He was very knowledgeable, not just about cooking but about Rome which we both enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this experience to my friends and family !

Massimo was easily reachable prior to the tour. No issues finding him at our meeting point. He made the day interesting with pointing out historical information as well (like going behind the churches and noticing the little things). The food was all wonderful and all enjoyed! Yummy street food with a mix of culture

We really enjoyed our tour with Massimo - he managed to show us so much in 3 hours but we still felt like we had time to take in each individual element. He is incredibly knowledgable and passionate about all aspects of Roman history and culture and was glad to share this with us. Overall a great experience! Fantastic experience

We recently had the pleasure of attending a cooking class with Massimo, and it was an incredible experience! Our kids absolutely loved learning how to make pasta from scratch, and Massimo did a fantastic job explaining each step of the process. His welcoming personality made us feel right at home, and we appreciated how he encouraged our children to get involved and have fun in the kitchen. Since the class, we’ve already put our new skills to the test and made our own pasta at home, which turned out to be a great success! The clear instructions we learned from Massimo made all the difference, and we can’t thank him enough for the wonderful lesson. If you're looking for a fun and engaging cooking experience, we highly recommend booking a pasta-making class at Massimo’s lovely home. It's an experience you won't want to miss! Massimo gave us one of the best experiences of our entire trip to Rome. He took us to incredibly unique spots that we never would’ve found on our own—far from the typical tourist trail. Every tasting was something special and authentic, and we got to try so many different Roman foods that were totally new to us. On top of that, Massimo shared a wealth of fascinating history along the way that gave real depth to the places we visited and the food we ate. He’s passionate, knowledgeable, and so much fun. Experience was excellent! Massimo has a very warm and welcoming demeanor that is open to all ages. He did great engaging our children (6 and 4 years old) in the cooking process while providing us with insights of Roman culture and history. It had a family atmosphere, even as a foreigner. Also, some of the easiest and tastiest pasta recipes. Certainly one of the best memories we have of our trip, highly recommend.Exceeded expectations
