Mina is a professionally trained historian who provided deep insight into the history of Venice. He called attention to hidden details we would have never observed on our own. Mina provided excellent dining recommendations prior to the tour and was kind to our children.Extremely knowledgeable

Mina is knowledgeable, flexible, kind, and fun. He was a good guide for our teens who had already been a bit overloaded with history after touring Doge’s palace, St Mark’s basilica and the Bell Tower. He adjusted the tour accordingly. Mina has a vast knowledge of history and was happy to answer all questions. A tour with Mina made our visit more meaningful because he shared tons of Information that we would have missed on our own. We originally chose a different guide for this food tour. She canceled on us a day before and arranged for Mina to be our guide. For this reason the tour time changed. We only made two food stops. While we enjoyed everything and didn’t leave hungry, we expected this to be more of a food tour and less of a historical walking tour. I highly recommend Mina. But I was not thrilled with “With Locals” and the last minute change. Mina is a wonderful guide!

Mina was very knowledgeable and told us lots of interesting information about Venice which we wouldn’t have know about without his guide. The tour was interesting we covered a lot of areas and he showed us some lovely places to eat used by locals not touristy at all. We went back to 2 of them and they were excellent. Interesting tour

Mina was a great tour guide, we learned so much from him! He pointed out a bunch of things we never would have found or noticed on our own. We really enjoyed all the history he taught us as well as knowledge he had about how today’s Venetians live.A wonderful tour

Our tour with Mina was a highlight of our trip! He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We got a taste of Venetian history and a taste of local cuisine at his favorite spots (authentic places where the locals go, very cool). We had a lot of fun with Mina and got great recommendations from him for the rest of our visit. Absolutely incredible!
