Nicholas met us at the train station and then we used public transport and walking to see the highlights of Budapest. Although a Budapest resident his entire life, Nicholas speaks flawless English due to having an English father. Nicholas not only shows the top spots but also included a visit to the last remaining part of the Jewish Ghetto from WW2. He also introduced us to real Hungarian food. A top notch guide. When we failed to show up on time for our tour, Nick called to find out where we were. I had the time wrong and we discussed options to meet up and make the most of our tour. He made sure we saw the most important places to us and yet didn’t make us feel rushed or like we missed anything, Nick was very knowledgeable, but also told us stories that we will remember instead of just dates and facts! He also gave us help with restaurants and river boats. It’s no wonder Nick has so many top ratings. We’d definitely recommend touring with him. Nick was so pleaso and infirmative!!

Nicholas offered to change the meeting point to make it easier for us, showing his flexible approach. He also offered to modify the route to suit our interests. My wife and I completed the Full Coverage Walking Tour with Nick. Nick is incredibly intelligent, he is passionate about the Hungarian history and culture as well as the city of Budapest. His English is outstanding so the conversation flows easily throughout the tour and as Nick answers questions along the way. Nick pitched the pace of the tour so that we had time to see the different attractions without having to rush between each one.
