This was my first time using Withlocals and Olga has set the bar high! Her knowledge on local culture and food was exceptional. Each stop on the tour was picked out with purpose as it related to culture and history. It was exactly what I was looking for and she helped me learn much more about the Dutch. I had a good time with Olga on my personalized tour and I discovered not only places, but a lot of the history I would have known nothing about otherwise. Olga explained everything well and in an engaging way that I was able to remember and rave to friends about. My first trip to Amsterdam was all the more meaningful because of the knowledge I gained and Olga's suggestions on places to visit based on my interests. The hidden gardens and peeks at the beautiful interiors of the houses they were a part of was a huge plus. We had a lovely morning with Olga. Anyone who likes cookies as much as us (and knows the best place to go in Amsterdam to get them) was always going to be a hit! Olga clearly loves Amsterdam and her enthusiasm for the city made it a most enjoyable 3 hours. We wanted to find out the background to the city as well as what to do and where to eat during our stay and she didn't let us down! After our walk we spent the next 3 days doing all the things Olga recommended and this certainly made out trip very special. So if you want a guide who knowledgeable and engaging, Olga is the one for you!Olga is great!

We had an absolutely fantastic walking tour of Amsterdam with Olga! From start to finish, her knowledge, warmth, and passion for the city made this a truly memorable experience. Over the 3 hours, Olga brought Amsterdam’s history and culture to life, sharing fascinating stories and insights that we never would have discovered on our own. The best part was how personalized the experience felt. Olga took the time to understand our interests and tailored her recommendations to suit us perfectly. The next day, we went back to many of the wonderful places she pointed out (the cookies, the waffles, the restaurants!) and it made our time in Amsterdam so much richer and more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time with our local food guide Olga. She brought us to restaurants that serve traditional Dutch food (which was my request) What I liked about the tour is that we were brought to restaurants were locals ate. We had croquettes, stroopwaffels, pancakes, herring fish and a lot more. We even tried a Surinamese-Chinese dish! She not only talked about the food but also tje history that came with it. I really enjoyed my tour with Olga. She accommodated me by (promptly) meeting at my hotel. She had the cutest enthusiastic personality. She is so well versed on all things Amsterdam and she loves her city. I highly recommend her. Olga is FABULOUS!

Olga was zeer vlot. Ze heeft ons op die 3 uren heel veel geleerd over Amsterdam. Ze gaf veel uitleg en liet ons plaatsjes zien die je nooit zelf had gevonden. Ook liet ze ons verschillende dingen zien die we de dag nadien konden bekijken!Een vlotte gids...zeker een aanrader.
